I received an initial quote from Tyler Richardson to disassemble, move, and re-assemble a PInnacle Play System playset on the 4th of April. I then contacted him to talk about the price and we renogiated the cost to something more reasonable. He told me he had done the homework and knew what was involved in disassembling the playset and that he had even had somebody drive by the house. We agreed on a price and I signed the quote and sent it to him on the 11th of April. I clearly explained that I was dealing with a tight timeline and needed to ensure at least the playhouse part of the playset was moved on the 16th as I was going to sea on the 20th and the closong date on the sale of this house was going to happen while I was at sea. The morning of the 16th arrived and nobody showed until approx 1100. I got a call from the workers stating that the work was beyond their capabilities and they claimed there were liability issues they didn't want to handle. I asked them to wait until I could get back to the house to talk to them and understand what the issue was. When I got back, the 2 workers were very polite and respectful, but absolutely unhelpful. I called Tyler and explained what a huge bind this put me in and he said he'd make some phone calls and try to get somebody else and that he would be in touch. HE NEVER CALLED BACK! So rather than spending my day finishing up my move, I spent it taking apart a playset and looking for help I could rely upon to help me move it. Don't waste your time with Multi-Surface Solutions, they are a far cry from professional.
