ModExt did a FANTASTIC job on my deck! Jerry provided a free estimate, gave me plenty of options, talked me through the pros and cons, and answered all my questions. Jerry, Joey, and Jordan were true professionals--on-time, polite, thorough, and careful. When minor issues arose, they provided options; even one issue that wasn't noticed until after all was done--was made right! They completed the deck on time and on budget--no surprises. I'm extremely satisfied, and would definitely hire them again! Bring on the summer BBQs!

I interviewed 6-8 different contractors to replace wooden stairs and platform landings from my back yard to the beach below. Most wanted to impose on me their idea of what I should build and their prices reflected this. Yerry took the most time to understand my needs, wants and vision and then create a cost effective yet structurally solid design to accomplish this. Yerry's communication throughout the project was very good. His primary carpenter, Joey is truly remarkable in his work ethic, knowledge and skill. Change orders were handled in a very formal and professional manner and online payments were convenient. Yerry is a hardworking, honest person that I would without hesitation use again for future outdoor deck, stair, etc needs.

Great experience with Brotherâ s Gutters! We were looking to replace our gutters that were in terrible shape. A salesperson came out and we discussed our different options, colors and potential upgrades. We decided to go oversized gutters with the leaf guards. Together we looked at color options and found the one we wanted. A quote was sent to us the very same day! Scheduling and communication were fantastic! The job was a 2 day job and the installers were very prompt and considerate. They cleaned up nicely when they were finished and my gutters look terrific. Highly recommend.

It took a while for them to come put my gutters up but they do great work.

Work was good. Only problem was with communication.

Professional Install. They removed my old gutters, caulk the holes. Cleaned up after themselves. Provided a competitive price after comparing to other quotes. I would recommend.

Guys came out to do job was right on management kinda did not do their job correctly,sent people out with out the proper amount of material for the job, but did make it work put up gutter in back in pieces until they had the full amount of gutter do job right,returned removed pieces together gutter replaced with full seamless one job turned out nice was happy with work. Workers was great management needs some help.

They called ahead to let us know when they were arriving. Very professional and quick. I cannot remember the installers names but I believe one started with an M and the other a J. Hasn t really rained yet, but everything looks great!

Excellent work. The technician really knew his business. I got covered large gutters with high wind attachment. Not the cheapest, but the highest quality and should last a long time.
