Description of Work: I had the old roof removed and a new roof installed on my house. They installed all new roof vents, ref lashed the chimney and a new power vent.

Description of Work: New roof including some sheet replacement, new ventilation plan, new skylights and skytunnel, and other miscellaneous repairs. 2,400 ft ranch that I have owned since it was built in the Little Neck area of Virginia Beach in 1976 - 1977.

He called and said he was in the neighborhood and asked if he could go on roof and inspect it, and he would call later with an estimate. He called later in the evening gave a detailed estimate as to what would cost what. He came the next morning and finished within an hour. He gave a detailed report for the insurance company. Will use again when the roof is replaced.
Description of Work: I needed shingles replaced and small repair to roof for insurance company.

+ -1 moreNo surprises with respect to detailed estimate and actual work/cost. Exceptionally good team of skilled, fast professionals. Arrived early and kept up a rapid rate in spite of the heat. Finished job was superb and well under quotes from other companies. Cost was $3 - 4 K less than my two next door neighbors roofs that were done in the past year. System has sustained three significant storms in the past ten days following installations with no leaks.
Description of Work: Removed old roof shingles (double layer) and installed new top shelf architectural shingles. Replaced ten sheets of plywood. Added ridge line ventilation. Reflashed everything. Removed and replaced three skylights (purchased by owner). Restored/replaced ten sections of soffit. Installed 14" solar tube (purchased by owner). Home is a 33 year old, 2,400 sqft ranch in central Virginia Beach. I am original owner.
