We are gratefully for the house that was built, which we enjoy. However, the sub-contractors used and legacy design of the house has made everything really infuriating. Electrical are run together that makes no sense on 15 amp Arc breakers that keep tripping with ZERO load on them. The low voltage wires that were all run outside the house instead of a media center/hub is 1950s way of running low voltage. All the low voltage wires are useless and are not able to be used with any ISP service. The floors are trashed within the first 2 years and was not backed by any warranty outisde the first year. We have to replace our entire floor and new carpet for a 5 year old house. The preparation work was not completed for the installation of our floor and we have holes in our carpet. They didn't have the proper grade for the yard, which was was told the Builder didn't have enough dirt to be provide. They lied about the type of internet service being provided. They lied on completing everything on the walk through... When trying to address these issues within 2 years, I get the "Outside year warranty" on a brand new house I recommend using a more modern builder...

We are very happy with our new home. The builder was very helpful with choosing the options, and they have been very timely coming to fix things that our still under warranty. This is an excellent builder who does quality work and stands behind it. We recommend them highly.

Over all the company did a great job. We were able to ask a lot of questions and got to pick our own paint choices and design of the home. They were very knowledgeable and well represented. We were kept well informed about the entire process. We did some shopping around and found this to be the best company and the price was right.
