The technician arrived on time and proceeded to work. We hd considered getting the deck done and he gave us a a very good price of an additional $90 to do the deck, which we accepted. Once he finished with our primary residence, the technician went to our 2nd house and did a great job there.

Whatever type of chemicals they used killed our plants and the pressure washing also chipped the paint and the trim of our house. We weren’t too happy with the work and we wouldn’t use them again.

This is the second time I have used this service, first time as an Angie's list member. I was very glad to see that McKown services were on her list and had such a high rating. From the very first call the last time to this time, all personnel were polite, courteous and professional. They call before arriving on the property and knock on the door when done or call to let you know the status of the work completed. The last time, 2009, they did the roof, all brick house including porch ceiling, rear deck (sprayed clear sealant also) and all concrete surfaces (sidewalks and driveway). Everything looks great. This property is 19 years old and their service has made everything look like NEW! I cannot get over how GOOD the deck looks. It went from being old and gray looking to that new pressure treated lumber look. WOW! I will call them again in 2 to 3 years for the same service.

They did a great job pressure washing my house, I was very pleased. I do have one complaint, however. I had an 80 foot contractor grade water hose in my yard hooked up to my sprinklers, and when I went out to check their work I noticed that it was no longer in my yard. I contacted them to see if they had accidentally taken my hose, but she said that they do not use customer hoses they use their own, and that they did not take it. When I asked to talk to the owner of the company she said he would be unavailable for over a week because he was having surgery next week. I wish they had more customer service and would help me find my hose.

Dan showed up first thing in the morning and completed the entire job in a very timely manner. We were able to complete all payments either online or via telephone as well which helped to streamline the entire process.

This is third time in four years I have used McKown Pressure Washing. Truly outstanding each time from initial call to schedule the job to completion. This job was no exception. Technician arrived exactly as scheduled, on time, Walked around the house with me and described in detail how the work would be performed. He pointed out one area where recent masonry work was done and said he couldn't guarantee he could get it completely .... but he did. This company has well qualified fully trained technicians who know what they are doing. They are respectful and careful of co-located property, flower beds etc and are courteous and professional in everything they do. Meticulous and attention to detail are good describers of their approach to their work. This was a difficult job because of height of the house, the dormers and sectioned roof. Technician asked me to do a final walk around to make sure I was totally satisfied. I was!!!!! The house 'sparkles' bright white once again, thanks to McKown Pressure Washing!

I have used McKown to pressure wash my home for years. They always arrive when they say they will and they do a great job. This last time, they even washed the rocking chairs on my front porch and didn't charge me anything extra! You can't beat their service, that's for sure! Since I've had such a great experience with them, when I found out that they did interior painting I called them for an estimate. Their price was lower than any of the other contractors I called! They painted the entire inside of my home: living room, dining room, bedrooms, kitchen, family room, hallways, and all of the trim. Not only does the paint job look great, but they covered all of my furniture and my wood floors so that they didn't get paint on any of my things. They cleaned up all of their stuff when they left (unlike some other contractors) and to top it all all off, they even finished a day earlier than expected. I couldn't be any happier with the service they provided to our family. It feels like we are sitting in a brand new home. I would recommend McKown Pressure Wash and Painting without reservation for any paint or pressure washing needs. They are the best!

Bought an Angie's List Big Deal. Once purchased, company contacted me to schedule an appointment. We scheduled quickly, and I requested that a couple of bits of info (ie, don't use the red spigots which are well water, etc) be passed along to the person performing the work. The person performing the work was on time and got right to work, and he was aware of the info I had given the person scheduling the appointment. He asked me if I wanted the siding on my screen porch cleaned and the ceiling, and he helped me move my chairs off the porch so they wouldn't get ruined by the cleaning solution. I am happy with how clean the house got, especially my eaves which were pretty dirty. I will use this company again, if I need anything pressure washed.

Called on a Thrusday to schedule a day to use our "big deal" coupon. I was expecting to wait a couple of weeks, buthe were able to schedule us the very next Monday. The lady making the schedules was very clear, quick and pretty darn funny. As promised, we received a call when the tech was on the way. He was in the drive, set-up, complete and gone in just under an hour. When my wife told me that I couldn't believe that he did that great of a job in such a short time, but it looked fantastic! There were places I didn't think would get clean, but the entire house looked great. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend to anyone.

Our neighborhood offered a discount to everybody, and he had at least 10 people in the neighborhood scheduled for the job. He called and told me what day he was going to be here, and I was actually here working in the yard when he came over. He did a good job. He went around and cleaned all the spots. Since it is a two-story house, he said that if I wanted additional work, he would have to get a ladder to go up there. He would not have been able to reach everything standing down below. I checked him out on Angie’s List before deciding to go with him to see if he had a rating, and since he had, I went ahead and used him. I would rate him highly and would possibly use him again in the future if necessary.

Arrived on time, did any excellent job, was professional. House looks great.
