He does very good work but the problem I had with it was not his fault. It was an old TV so it took a very long time to get the part. It took weeks, in fact a couple of months. It finally came in, he did the work and I got my television back. After that I had absolutely no problems with the repair. I don't have to use TV repair people anymore because I just got rid of the entire box TV's and got a new TV. If I don't find anybody else for TV repair, I will go back to him. When I go into his shop I feel like I'm in my grandfather's attic.

He had my LCD TV for 2 FULL months. I could not believe that issue. Then he did NOTHING with the TV. He did not find 'anything' wrong with this TV and claimed it was a cable problem of all things! The man came to my home and I told him my electricity was out by the city. He said he would have to charge me to take the TV with him-and then he charged me $95.00 for just coming to my front door. He also insulted me by asking me if I knew how to disconnect the TV?? He charged me $160.00 for holding my TV for TWO months!!! Then he asked for cash only. I wonder why? Most likely because they do not provide good customer service. Refused a credit card payment and I carry no cash. Then he got angry. I am sure he thought I would dispute it like a number of people that he has come into contact with. The LCD TV continues to have problems in a number of areas. He did nothing to fix this problem and was not professional about his service at all. He has a real DIRTY AND DUMPY business suite-that should tell you all. I did not know where else to go. Take your gut feeling-do not go there. I had not checked out the physical store prior to the appointment and that was my mistake. TOTALLY DISQUISTING as well as the physical condition of his business-a DIVE.
