Description of Work: Lorenzo showed up early (better than late!) and painted 2 coats on my big bedroom. It went great and he did a great job. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Painted door in bedroom and closed it :( It was very difficult to get back open. They didin't have time to do any baseboard trim.

Description of Work: Scheduling worked fine. Harvey (owner) was very responsive and helpful in planning the work over the phone. Work was to fix an old 6'x6' water stain on the ceiling that resulted from a roof leak. Harvey told me to pick up Killz (he specified Oil based) to prevent the stain from showing through the paint (I got the Sherwin-Williams version which was acceptable to them). I had the old paint color available, and provided the correct paint in advance of the scheduled date. The stain also showed a few inches down the wall which was a different color. I provided that color paint also. |"Cooper" arrived right on time and got to work. I helped him move the furniture as needed. He completed the work in about 2 hours including all the taping etc., so he repaired a small crack at the top of the kitchen/family room doorway. |After letting the paint dry for several days, it looks fine so far (lot's of fumes). Cooper feathered the paint on the ceiling and the wall so there is no visible indication of any repair. He used painters plastic to cover everything up and as far as I can see didn't drip on the rug or other issues. He used his own tools with the exception of the ladder, which I had handy (his was in his vehicle, but mine was more accessible). He cleaned his brushes and pans at my utility sink, and was very careful not to leave any marks or splatters. |Great job. Nice people. I would use them again.

Description of Work: We did not use this Angie's List Big Deal special, and did not even have the provider come out and look at the house. For some reason, we keep getting notified to rate this provider, and we can't delete it, so I have submitted this so we quit getting e-mail notifications. Thanks!

Description of Work: Master Painters came by my house to give me an estimate for exterior house painting. I was told i would recieve an estimate by e-mail. After a week i contacted them to ask where estimate was and my call was never returned. It's been three weeks and i still have not heard from this company. Waste of my time and unprofessional.

Description of Work: Eight hours of painting, purchased big deal

Description of Work: They removed wallpaper in the bathroom. Once finished, I had to go back and sand the walls since they were left rough. Then they painted all the trim in the house. The worker did a good job on the painting. My contract was supposed to include moving all the furniture and replacing it and was told it should take 3-4 workers 3-4 days to complete. Only one worker came daily and I had to help move all the furniture and replace it. The owner did come on the last day (day 8) to help move the bedroom furniture since I was unable to move it.

Description of Work: Other than some initial communication problems, everything was great. The painter did an excellent job. I suggest an answering service for all businesses that advertise here. It makes a great first impression, and doubles as a good record of jobs.
