Master Painters

It has been wonderful so I have them come back to do a few other jobs as well. I have recommended them to neighbors and friends. They have done an excellent job as well. Their level of expertise stood out to me. Their quality of work was amazing. They were very neat and clean. They provided excellent service. I would absolutely use them in the future.

Fantastic, he was there 8 hours and did a great job, no mess. Very professional, was on time and ready to work. Even helped me figure out why my pressure washer wand was leaking. Very nice and did great work

The painter was very professional and courteous, polite. Did an excellent job and came back to finish the job on time as selected, when it was rained out. He made sure that I was satisfied with his work.

Did a great job. A couple touch ups were needed and Harvey was very prompt on preforming the service. A good value for the work preformed.

Well the kitchen was done, but the outside was not, due to rain. Waiting on a reschedule date. As of today no, had not gotten a reschedule date. So I can't rate them until the job completed.

This is the second job Harvey and his crew has done in my house. As before, the communication was great. Harvey came out promptly and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. His crew showed up on the day we worked out and removed the dated wallpaper and prepped and painted the walls and trim in my kitchen and laundry room. His guys were polite, professional and made sure I was happy. This included a great clean-up. I am very happy with the outcome and will recommend Master Painters and hire them again. Thanks Harvey!

They arrived on time which is greatly appreciated! The job was done professionally and meticulously. Harvey provided me with a quote to do my kitchen, including wall repair and cabinets, and dining room, including trim and ceiling. The quote was very reasonable and we set up a date for them to come back to do those two rooms. There was a scheduling challenge on the day they were supposed to start, so he had one of the painters come on a Saturday to finish the job. The wall repairs were very good and the paint job was professional. They took care to minimize the dust when doing the wall repairs.

Staff were friendly. Quality work was completed, with touchups requested as reviewing the details of differences in paint after it dried.

Kevin arrived on time and did a great job with the "painter for a day" option. By this work alone I will be scheduling another appointment soon for the remainder of the house!

Harvey came out and gave me a very thorough estimate and some suggestions on paints and the pros and cons of various choices. We set up a start time about a week later, and his crew showed up on time and did a great job repainting 8 rooms and a large hallway in a new house that we purchased. We ended up going with much lighter colors so multiple coats were required, but they still got the job a day faster than expected, which was awesome. We would definitely use the in the future or recommend them to a friend.

I called for an estimate and Harvey came out to look over the job. He gave some suggestions which we liked and went with. A week later Kevin and Cooper came to paint. They arrived on time and worked diligently all day until the job was finished. We love the way it looks. The painters and Harvey were courteous and friendly. I am very particular who I have in the house to do work and I would definitely use them again. They cleaned up completely. Harvey came during the day to see things were progressing nicely. I had other estimates and this company was right in line with the others.

Everything went well. All contact was on time and very professional. Prices were competitive. Workmanship was very good. Harvery found flaws that we didn't see and had them corrected. Everthing was cleaned up when they left.

At first they did not cover the prior coat completely on one wall but came back out and got it right for free!

My call was never returned and I was unable to schedule the service due to the lack of responsiveness. I ended up having to contact Angies List for a full refund.

Wonderful...would definitely recommend. Harvey comes out to do the estimate, schedules work and completes as discussed. Easy to do business with and quality work. Touched up walls where needed and cleaned up when finished.

Great. Would use them again

This is my 3rd time using Master Painters and they will continue to be my go-to company when I need something done. The workers went on a break and had the paint tray in the floor. No quicker than I had blinked, one of my dogs stepped in it and tracked paint through the house and on a chair. I was upset because we had just gotten new carpet and was just in freakout mode, even though the dogs were may responsibility and it was my fault they got in the paint (although I still stick to the notion that I thought the paint could have been put up since the workers did know there were dogs there. That isn't the norm though I understand). I called Harvey and was upset and again, this was not his or his worker's fault. He rushed over to the house to make sure everything was alright and to smooth things over. He didn't have to do that and the extra effort to make his customer happy was appreciated. I basically wigged out for nothing and just took it out on him but his concern was solely that I was satisfied. And I was. When the work was complete, I noticed a few areas that were streaky and just seemed to need a little extra TLC. He didn't think twice to tell his workers to show up the next morning and put a fresh dose of paint on the entire trimwork that was done. I love the final product immensely.

This company was by far the worst company I have ever delta with. The guy that came the first two days was great. After that it went down hill. The owner sent two different guys and they were horrible. I don't think pride or quality was ever introduced. The owner himself was rude and his contract made no sense and was very unclear. I have spent a number of hours fixing all their mistakes. I wouldn't trust this company to paint anything. They have one person that knows what he's doing the rest are clueless or just don't care.they missed areas and didn't put a second on anything. If you need paint work done don't use this company.

As we had closed late the day before, the next morning I coordinated the wallpaper removal, carpeting installation, Verizon services hookup, and Garage door work all on the same day. The work that Mr. Kevin Carter completed was amazing! As we discovered the previous owners had put wallpaper on wallpaper, not discouraged he ran to the store for some extra supplies and was able to completely remove the wallpaper in the large kitchen, dining area, and hallway as well as the formal dining room. Couldn't have been happier with the $249.00 deal. I would recommend Master Painters and particularly Mr. Kevin Carter and look forward to the next time I could use their services.
