I can't say enough about how excellent the service was and what a fantastic job they did. Mr. Rogers is meticulous and actually repainted a room because an almost unnoticeable dot was on one wall and he was concerned about getting the color to match exactly from another lot. Everything he and his team did was outstanding - they spackled and plastered all imperfections as well as some large holes due to us relocating light fixtures. They were prompt, did an excellent job cleaning up and overall did a phenomenal job - I would recommend them to anyone looking for a class act, top shelf, company.

Excellent: They were very professional and accommodating, even coming out on a Sunday to pick up a paint sample so we could get exactly the color they wanted. They arrived on time and got straight to work--they worked so well they finished the job ahead of schedule. They also were very attentive to details, with their painters catching and taking care of little things I might not have (and probably would not have) noticed. The estimate was great and we definitely got more than our money's worth. We are very pleased with their work and will not hesitate to use them again, as well as recommend them to others...in fact, I told my mother about the great job they did, and she wanted to know if they would go all the way to New York to paint for her!

Larry was great! He had 4 men working to get the job done fast for me. They took down all wall hangings and replaced everything when finished. I have called them back to do another job for me I was so happy with the job they did.

Overall, they did a good job with the painting. Their price was about 1/3 cheaper than other quotes I got for the same work. I felt like I had to supervise the painting and point out areas that needed to be touched up or painted when I felt that the foreman or the workers themselves should have seen these areas and addressed them before I had to. For example, the workers had primed the walls but didn't know they were supposed to do the baseboard heaters and air vents. The workers were generally more than happy to fix the areas that I pointed out and were very friendly. There were a few areas where paint was spattered on the floor or got onto trim that they weren't painting and I had to remove/touch up paint in those areas. Also, areas where there were holes in the walls from where nails were removed were patched, but not sanded/wiped down appropriately and you can see where the patch marks are if you look. Walls, trim and ceilings that were painted looked good when finished.

Mr. Rogers promptly returned my phone call and we set up an appt. for the estimate. He came on time and did the walk through. He was very friendly and professional. His estimate included the 10% Angie's List discount. The price included labor, paint and moving of furniture. I thought it was a very fair price. Since my wife and I both work, we requested that the job be done if at all possible during Christmas week. Harvey was very accommodating. He promised that the crew would start on Wed and work Sat and Sun if needed to get the job done. Not to worry. The crew we had was outstanding. Larry, Coop, Darryl and Lorenzo showed up early (8AM) and worked straight through taking minimal breaks. They are experienced and dedicated painters. They are very neat. Everything was covered and furniture carefully moved. Also very meticulous. They take pride in their work. They got the job done by Sat. Afterwards, Harvey did a walk-through making sure everything was up to standard. Terrific job!

Larry is the estimator for Master Painters, and also coordinates all the work with his team. He promptly returned my call and was able to come to my house that day and work up the details for both interior and exterior jobs. Upon agreeing on a price, he scheduled the gutter cleaning/exterior pressure washing for the next day. The two gentlemen worked for about four hours and did a good job, cleaning up after they had finished. The next day, two painters came and moved the furniture before beginning in the master bedroom. They were neat workers, covering our carpet and remaining furniture. They adeptly patched several spots in the walls before starting to paint. They worked non-stop and were able to complete the job in the same day. All of the workers were both professional and pleasant. We are happy with the jobs Master Painters performed.

The paint job is fantastic! They arrived on time (even early) both days and were very pleasant and professional. I ran out to do errands while they were there and I felt confident I could trust them in my house. I am very pleased with the work they did and would highly recommend them. Their boss, who came to do the estimate the day before the painting, was also very professional, friendly and fair. I would definitely hire them again. (Don't forget to tell them you are on Angie's List for a 10% discount).

The house was in need of a good paint job to get it back on the rental market. The rooms were left by the previous tenants with patching needs, and dark paint. Harvey and his crew showed up on-time taped, covered and began working. This was extremely helpful because I live out-of-state and all communication was through phones. I trusted Harvery w/ the key and to let themselves in and begin without seeing me or having a deposit. I was really impressed with their work, and professionalism. I would highly recommend Master Painters and will use them for future projects.

Excellent price. Was 500 to 1000 dollars cheaper then the other quotes we had received. Had only one complaint and Mr. Rogers came over that day and fixed what we saw. He was very polite and professional and the work was outstanding.

I was satisfied with their work when they were finished. I didn't find any paint on our carpets or hardwood flooring. They started in the morning and finished before the day was up. The workers were very friendly and trusting. I thought the price was reasonable. They are a good company to use.
