From consultation with estimate to completion , Harvey and his crew of painters provided exceptional customer service. Prompt, professional, polite, paid attention to details, and priced accordingly to job, I wish there were more provider services and professionals like Harvey and his company. Angie's List reviews for his company are always excellent and the primary reason I selected Masterpainters. I was very, very pleased and almost 6 months later I have zero complaints.

Painter arrived on time, moved furniture as needed, did a neat job, cleaned up, and put things back where possible (since some areas still needed to dry). Very efficient and well done.

I received a quick response to my phone call. The painter was on time and painted my entire laundry room, which is a bit challenging because of the furnace and some hard to get at places. He did it fairly quickly, but did a nice job. The room looked terrific when he was finished. He was so pleased with the transformation that he gave me a hug afterwards. (I was happy, too!)

They were on time, professional and kept me informed.

Great job! I supplied the paint. Added covering up a red accent wall in another room at the last minute, and they were still able to complete everything on time. Very pleased with the results.

The painters arrived on time, thoroughly covered the surrounding work area (floors, furniture) before starting. The quality of their work was excellent. We have very high ceilings, which posed no problem to them. We highly recommend this company.

Went very well. Painters were very friendly, conscious for keeping everything clean and did good work. We liked them a lot. Harvey came to the house to get them started and came back to inspect. This was without a doubt one of our best contracted experiences. We will hire Harvey and his team again to paint the trim on the exterior, then 2 additional rooms. I'm tough on contractors doing good work and I have no issues to complain about, only high praise. DO HIRE Master Painters and ensure you talk with Harvey.

He was a very, very sweet and friendly guy. He did miss a big spot, but it could have been becuase of the lighting. I'm going to reach out to him about it today.

The painter showed up early and started painting right away. After he was done I went back in (I should have gone back in and looked more at the detail of the trim before he left) and noticed that he missed quite a few spots on the trim. I went ahead and did those spots myself as well as some other areas of the trim that needed touch-up. Walls looked great but they didn't do a very good job on the trim. They got some paint on the carpet and on the back of a large desk that was in there. Overall, they did a good job, just sloppy on the trim. If you use these painters (and we will again) just make sure you go in there and really look at the paint job before they leave so if you notice any spots that they can just do it right then.

I called to make an appointment and Harvey came out and gave me an estimate on painting a master, 2nd master, and two other bedrooms. The price was to include a light skim coat in one bedroom due to designs being applied to the walls. The price he quoted was the best in town. He and his team came out on time and performed a wonderful job on the four bedrooms. All bedrooms had popcorn ceilings and Harvey and his team was able to trim the popcorn ceiling and cut in with razor like precision. I would highly recommend Master Painters for any painting job.

This was my very first experience hiring a contractor and it was a very pleasant experience. The painters were on time everyday, very professional, and finished my project two days ahead of schedule.

He painted our entire interior of our home, including ceilings and trim. Fixed cat-scratched trim.

Harvey and his crew were great. The price was very reasonable. They were very quick and professional and would recommend them for anyone who needs their home painted. We will be using them again to paint other areas of the home.

It went great. I've used Harvey in the past and found him to be one of the most honest and fair individuals I've ever met. He never leaves a job until his customer is satisfied with the work. The first job he did for me involved replacing and repainting several areas of rotted cedar shake siding on the outside of my home. The work was far more extensive than either of us realized. Harvey was more than fair when pricing the additional work; and in fact, he probably walked away from my first job with him taking a loss. Last Fall, I purchased an Angie's List "Big Deal" offered by Harvey and Master Painters. It was a great deal wherein he offered to paint an interior room of generous dimensions for $99. Because of other construction problems going on in my house at the time, I was not able to make the February expiration date. I contacted Harvey and he agreed to give me a credit for that amount when he came to do my next job. When he came to my house to give me an estimate for the work described above, he was as good as his word and generous in applying the credit. In addition, since I agreed to purchase the deck paint during a Sherwin Williams sale, he did not ask for a deposit or downpayment on the job. When they started the work in May, they power washed the decks and did an excellent job. In addition, Harvey's right-hand man, Al, did the interior painting and caulking. Because they were backed up on outside jobs due to the Spring rains, they were not able to come out to perform the deck painting until around June 15. I was out of town. If my neighbor hadn't told me they were there, I wouldn't have known it. Not that the deck didn't look great--it did! But they left absolutely no trace of paint, cigarette butts, or any other trash on my property. There was no sign they'd cleaned their brushes on my lawn. My hoses were perfectly coiled and stowed. I have only two very minor complaints. the first is that they did not remove the empty cans of paint--the empty cans were placed back in my shed. I know if I'd contacted Harvey, he would have come back for them, but I didn't mention it when he contacted me about collecting payment. Also, when the interior caulking was done, it wasn't as smooth as I'd hoped for. At that time, Al promised he would fix it when he returned to do the second part of the job. Since I was out of town, they had no way to get into the house to make the fix. Again, it was minor and I didn't make the complaint. To be perfectly honest, I had told Al on the first visit that even though the caulking was not as smooth as I would have liked, and he told me he would come back and fix it, I told him not to worry about it. I have the utmost respect for Harvey and his crew. Master Painters will always be the first ones I call when I need additional work done.

Harvey and his team were very prompt and good to work with. I have no complaints with the paint job -- it was done well and on time. My complaint is that despite telling both Harvey (who was there the first day) and the gentleman who was in charge the next 2 days to be careful when moving a particularly large armoire in the master bedroom, the men scraped my heart-of-pine wood floors in the master bedroom. My husband and I had even placed towels under all four feet of the piece when we very carefully moved it from the wall so that the painters would have access. The floors had some small scratches before the painters began their work, but now I have a large scrape (approximately 1 inch by 3 to 4 inches) on the floor where the armoire was moved. The painters also got some paint on a dresser in the master bedroom, which has still not come off completely. If not for the damage to my floor and paint on my dresser, I would have given Master Painters an overall A and a better rating on price.

Bought a daily deal for this service and was worried they wouldn't perform since I had paid such a low price. I was VERY surprised with my level of service. They were on time, pleasant and did a FANTASTIC job. Harvey came for part of the job and Lawrence (maybe it was Lorenzo bad memory) didn't even need to tap. I was very impressed and will use them again when I need another room painted. I highly recommend them to anyone needing interior painting.

Harvey did as he said from walk through to finish. His team is great. I've used other painters before but Master Painters is WAY better and at a reasonable price. They are very pleasant as well. My wife was very comfortable working with them while I was at work.I plan on calling Harvey in the future when we are ready to take down wall paper and paint the kitchen and baths.

Called for quote and we met the next day. He hand wrote me an estimate and we agreed upon the following week for the work. I wrote down one date and time but he wrote down another. When my date and time came and he didn't show I called him. He was surprised by my call and told me he would be there soon. It took him about an hour to complete the work and it looks great.

They do very good work both inside and out. Their prices are reasonable, and they are very reliable. They do a pretty good job.

Cooper, the painter, was an extremely pleasant man and a wonderfully competent painter, who loves his job! We were delighted with his work from start to finish. OUTSTANDING JOB! WELL DONE! Al and Cooper arrivedon time as scheduled and performed an excellent paint job. These workers were very courteous, polite and professional through every step of this process. I initially engaged their services through the $99, single room paint special. After seeing the high quality of their service I opted to have them paint other areas of my home. The job they performed took two days. These gentlemen were very respectful to my belongings and cleaned thoroughly both inside and outside before leaving each day. The company owner, Harvey Rogers, inspected the work performed before declaring the job complete and seeking my inspection. Great company, good quality work and proud of their craft. These are work qualities and ethics you dont see too much of in the workforce anymore.

Called for an estimate mid week. Owner came on a Saturday to give me an estimate which was helpful due to my work schedule. Set a date for work to be done a couple weeks out. Painters arrived on time and completed work that day in a timely professional manner. Have done all my own interior painting in the past so I am picky about quaity. I was more than pleased with the finished job, it looks great. And the price was more than fair. The guys cleaned up and put everything back. I would definately use Master Painterrs again.
