The two painters provided were excellent--hard working, professional and knowledgeable. Couldn't have asked for any better. The job was done on time and efficiently. Harvey, who gave the estimate and oversaw the operation was also exceptional. The estimate was clear and done by room and job. Will definitely use this company again for future painting needs.

From the beginning the communication was great. Harvey came out promptly and gave me a quote that was very reasonbable. His crew showed up on the day we worked out and transformed that dark room into a bright inviting space. His guys were polite, professional and made sure I was happy. This include a great clean-up. These guys are the BEST!!! Harvey (owner) gaveme an estimate and a rough estimateof time required (7 Days). The task came in on estimate and it took 8 days. The extra day was a result of the time and care they took to do the job right! I deeply appreciate their professional.ism, skill and knowledge! They arrrived on time every day, they took care to ensure furnishings were protected, they clkeamed up every night, and they did a fantasitic job!!! In the course of preparing walls and surfaces for painting, they made some minor repairs to walls and did a superior job filling holes, smoothing surfaces -- I could not be happier! The owner from Master Painters came out and communicate with me. He seemed like he was real in his price, quote, and everything. He was a straight shooter. His price and attitude won me over. Those guys were outstanding and did an outstanding job. I let the painters have a key to the house so they could paint. The house was open and available so it was smooth sailing for them to paint. I told the owner they did an awesome job and I would definitely put them on speed dial for future use. I will definitely refer Master Painters to anyone who comes in contact with me about painting.

They were very good people. They were hardworkers. I can't say enough good about them. When they scrape pain off, they even pick that up.

Harvey Rogers and his crew were excellent to work with. They are extremely professional and responsive and offer a highly competitive price. Overall my wife and I are very pleased with the finished product. They worked diligently and for long hours so the job didn't drag out - they were a well-organized, efficient crew. I made several changes along the way adding and removing items and they just rolled with it and accommodated the changes without issue. While pressure-washing my deck I asked if they could also do the backyard fence, which they did and then didn't charge me for it. Every day (and some days multiple times) I walked through and pointed out areas to touch up and work further and they always eagerly addressed them without complaint. On the evening after they had completely finished and gone, my wife and I decided we just couldn't get over the appearance of a few spots they had re-worked a couple times to repair and blend in the dining room - these spots were "flashing" and just too noticeable for us to live with on a brand new paint job. So I called Harvey and asked him to come back and repaint the entire wall, which he did the next day without question and now it looks great. I learned a lot about the perils of trying to touch-up paint with any sheen to it, and especially with the colors we picked. My only slight disappointment was that I even had to point out required touch-ups, but whenever I did they addressed it right away with a great attitude.

They did a good job painting the only thing that I wasn't 100% happy was the preparation. I thought they should have sanded it a better at the edges but the painting itself is really good. The bathroom looks a whole lot better than it did. I was happy with their service. They’re probably as good as any other company would too I imagine

I had a small bathroom and a bedroom that both required painting, with some extremely old wallpaper to be removed as well. Harvey provided a prompt estimate which I thought was appropriate. The work was completed about a week later. Originally he thought the work would take 2 days, but it was finished in only one. Harvey and his associated Lorenzo were professional and the work was exactly what I had requested.

When they were here, it looked okay... then the paint dried! I had provided the paint, which was the same color as the paint already in place, but there were very clear gaps where they hadn't painted because the new paint and the faded paint did not match. I tried to call Master Painters, but the voice mail inbox was full. We traded emails a couple of times, but I ultimately hired another painter to fix it.

No work negotiated. I called him on the last day it was valid, and he said he'd still do the work, however I didn't ever schedule an appointment.

Mr. Rogers was very quick to reply to our request for a quote, he came the next day. He gave us the option of buying the paint ourselves and then just having him do the painting, or he could buy the paint at a discount, which was included in the quoted price. We received the quote back in November, and even though it had gone past the 60 days that it was good for, he honored that quoted price. mr. Rogers and his workers showed up early in the day to begin work, and they were very polite and professional. He brought two men with him to paint, they worked all day, and skipped lunch in order to finish the job in 1 day. Not only was the painting done well, they made sure to clean up after themselves, beyond just the painting materials. For the whole 8-9 hours they were in my home, there nothing but complete professionalism from these gentlemen. We will most certainly be using this company for any other painting needs we may have.

Master Painters came on time and everything and I was concerned because part of the reviews said that they didn't cover stuff up and they didn't take proper measures, the guy came around and his price was higher so we ended up not going with them. I read the reviews and I have 2500sq feet of hard wood floors and the last thing that I want is scrubbing paint off the floor, the concern was about them not covering up stuff.

Harvey and his team (Ron and Al) did a very nice job. I had most of the interior of my house painted and many of rooms had wallpaper and borders that needed removing. They worked quickly and finished the project within three days. I do feel like there was some miscommunication with the project because Al and Ron did not know that the family room and living room needed painting. They literally found out the last day of the project. Al and Harvey finished the project and didn't leave until it was complete (around 8pm). I appreciate the fact that they stayed "after hours" to complete the work. However, I did notice my master bathroom's paint job was a little rushed and sloppy compared to their other work. For example, they didn't remove the mirror and towel rack and paint behind it like they did with my downstairs bathroom. And the master bathroom had a few spots that needed an extra coat of paint. All in all, I'm satisfied with the work. They listened to questions and concerns (filled in nail holes as requested). It was a pleasure doing business with Harvey and I will hire his company again.

Harvey Rogers responded to my Angie's list e-mail promptly. We scheduled an apponinted for an estimate within a few days. At the time of the estimate we contracted for the work to be done. We chose to buy the paint, and Harvey very accurately told us what to get. On the scheduled day, the team showed up on time. They were friendly and professional. The team cleaned up completely each day. Harvey came by twice during the course of the work. When the job was completed Harvey inspected everything to ensure it was right, before we paid him. We contracted for additional work that same day. We are 100% happy with this job.

Dec 9: Harvey came out to give us an estimate on painting the exterior of our home (brick bottom and aluminum siding top) and the interior entryway. We wanted the work completed by the holidays. His price for the exterior was the most reasonable and included pressure washing. Exterior: Paint and pressure washing included: $3500 Interior: Entryway, stairwell up - $225. We asked them to paint an additional 2 rooms which they did for $125 I think. They covered our plants, moved our furniture, and did a great job cutting in all the areas. There weren't any painted outlets, etc. Inclement weather and scheduling delayed the completion until Dec 22. The only hiccups were scheduling and color mismatches. I thought there might be days when they could have worked. They did the interior paint on a bright sunny day when they could be outside. I guess each batch from Sherwin Williams might be somewhat different. The siding looked like it had been painted with 2 different colors at one point. Guess you should mix all the paint together to even out any color discrepancies. They had to repaint half the house on the last day. At the end we reviewed everything and they fixed up anything we noticed was off. Just tiny things. Overall I'm very happy with the work done and would recommend their services. His painters did a great job on the interior and exterior.

I called Master Painters during the late morning and was able to get someone at my home that afternoon to provide me with an estimate. Their prices were extremely reasonable - in fact, I was a little worried about that old motto 'you get what you pay for.' In this instance - I was very pleasantly surprised. On the date the painting was to take place, they showed up on time. They protected everything - which, considering I had just had my kitchen remodeled was extremely important. They did a fantastic job. Their painting was neat, clean, and there were no messes On top of that, they were friendly and polite. I have some additional painting I need done later in the spring and I will definitely be hiring them.

I had to call several times to set up service, but when we finally were able to contact him, he was very prompt and courteous. I thought the price was fair. He was fast; he cleaned up the mess. I have 3 very large windows in my living room. He didn't paint in between the windows. I didn't notice until several weeks later because when he left the paint was still wet, and the color we chose for him to use was 2 shades darker than what we previously had on the walls. The space between the windows is only about an inch and is covered with curtains, so it isn't that noticeable. I don't know if he was going to come back to it and forgot or what, but I didn't even call him to have him fix it because I didn't want to deal with the hassle.

Do to our schedule we scheduled this in early December. They arrived on time and we discussed what could be accomplished in 8hrs. We had two painters for fours each. They did excellant work and it looks great. Since we like their work we will have them back to do more work. They were very pleasent and took care with our wood floors. They took off their shoes and we very thoughtful.

Contacting Harvey was very straight forward. We arranged an agreed upon time to meet so he could view the job and give me an estimate. One thing I learned immediately is that Harvey is very punctual. If he says he is going to meet you at a certain time, he'll arrive5-10 minutes early. Talk about a great first impression!!! He was very thorough with his estimate and gave me a written estimate on the spot. I had received two other estimates before Harvey's and was pleasantly surprised that Harvey's quote was quite a bit lower ... plus he quoted me a discount for being an Angie's List member. On the day of the job, Harvey and his crew showed up promptly (10 minutes early!! Love it!!). I let them in and they quickly got to work. Because I had to return to work, we agreed that Harvey would call me before the job was completed so I would have time to drive from work and inspect the job before the crew was finished. This was a pretty sizable job for a crew of two, but before the end of the day, I got and call saying the crew was ready for me to inspect. I arrived and the crew was in the process of cleaning up. I inspected the job with the foreman/supervisor and the two or three items I pointed out were taken care of immediately. Overall, I would say I am extremely satisfied with the result. Harvey and his entire crew were courteous and professional. I plan to use them for any painting jobs in the future. Excellent job!!

I originally hired Harvey to paint my foyer, stairway, upstairs hallway and one bedroom. When he and his crew showed up for the job, I noticed that his company truck listed pressure washing as one of their services. When I asked Harvey about that he quoted me an excellent price so we immediately agreed to have him complete the job the following Saturday. As I have said in previous reviews, Harvey is EXTREMELY punctual. For this particular job, I arranged to meet Harvey at a time he estimated that he would be finished. That morning, I went on a long run at Seashore State Park. When I got back to my car, I noticed that I had a voice mail from Harvey saying that he wasn't able to do a portion of the upstairs because a bedroom window was open ... arghhhh!!! Because the voice mail was a couple of hours old, I figured my negligence was going to stretch the job out. I called Harvey and left him a voice mail apologizing and saying I was on my way. To my great surprise (and pleasure), Harvey was just finishing up the job when I arrived. He had been able to figure out a way to get the window shut and get the job finished!! AMAZING!! Overall, a great experience. I would recommend Harvey again in a heartbeat. He is the consummate professional.

They did a great job. Moving the toy shelves was no small feat but they took great care to move furniture and not damage the floor. There were a one or two spots of paint on the floor but they cleaned up easily. The walls were perfect. The crew took their time and inspected the work carefully. We picked a bold blue - the type of color that shows flaws easily. We haven't found a single one.
