Master Painters

Everything was good expect that the quality of the service of the guys, I would give maybe a "B" because they took a few too many breaks in my opinion. They did a fine job. I had little strips of wallpaper all over the place and I basically had them take down as much as they could. It wasn't something like painting where you can clearly observe how good a job they did. I think they did a fairly good job. It's hard to take wallpaper down so they weren't able to do as much as I would have like but I don't think it was his fault, it was just that wallpaper doesn't come out very easily. I think I got the job done pretty close to the time of the purchase.

I was very pleased with the overall experience and I will use this service any the future for all my painting needs.

My previous attempts at wallpaper removal motivated me to jump on this offer! They arrived on time and did a great job of removing 20 year old wallpaper from my dining room. The walls were left paste free and smooth. I couldn't have been happier!

Due to situations that have evolved within our family, we are not able to take advantage of this opportunity now or in the near future. However, I talked with Master Painters 3 different times, and found them to be very professional, respectful, and accommodating during each of these calls. Regret that things have come up that prohibit our following through with this service now or in the near future.

Scheduled for one Big Deal and painting went so well, I asked ask about purchasing another Deal. As it turned out painter had time to stay and paint additional room. Delighted! Nice job! Moved furniture as needed, cleaned up! All I had to do was enjoy pretty paint!! Going to call them again. Highly recommend!

They did fine in the bedrooms. It seems that they rushed through painting the bathroom, as there were some splatter marks and hair painted over. They did not quite stay the entire time I paid for. But they were very nice, the owner even stayed to help set up the hired painters.

It was a difficult project not possible to complete in three hours. I knew that at the start and asked them to complete it which they did. Their prices were affordable and the room is ready for the next step. They were courteous and on time. There was no final inspection after completion which I think would have tied it up more professionally.

Harvey stayed for a couple of hours, made sure everything was going smoothly, then left it in the capable hands of Al and Rashad. Other than a quick lunch break, those two worked almost non-stop and did a SUPERB job! We are very particular and expect to get a quality product, and were thrilled with the job they did for us.

Their service was prompt, professional and we will be calling them soon to do more painting for us.

Mr. Rogers came out and gave a proposal. Mr. Rogers and two of his painters showed up on the day they scheduled and worked for about 3 days. The men where very polite, carful and did a great job.

Kevin was able to complete all three rooms and it looks wonderful! He was very respectful and courteous. If we ever have any other painting needs, we will definitely be returning to Master Painters.

It went great. They were punctual, very professional, and quick.

This is the second time we have used Master Painters and both times they did an outstanding job for a reasonable price. They arrived on time and completed the work as agreed. They painted the entire downstairs, including ceilings, trim and doors of an older home. They also did minor repair to the walls and ceiling for us. We will definitely use this company for any future painting needs.

The removal of the additional wallpaper went very well. However there was crackling that remained on the walls where I had ermoved the paper. IThey appeared not to have been washed and had to clean them myself.

Nicely. Mr. Rogers came promptly and set up the work that I wanted help with. In three hours his young painter was able to prime the areas of wood that needed to be painted for the first time and to begin a top coat, a big help to me. Master Painters is neat and professional. I will call on them again.

I called several painters in the morning on a Friday (during the holidays) and Harvey was the only one who answered the phone. He was very friendly and polite and was able to give me an estimate over the phone based on the dimensions I gave him. He asked me when I wanted my painting done and I told him "as soon as possible". I was very excited when he told me he could come the next day (a Saturday) at 9:00. I purchased the paint at the store myself. Harvey and his associate arrived at 8:58 and got to work right away. They were very friendly, professional and took care to cover all of my furniture. They worked until the job was completed and it looks great! I felt that the price was very reasonable also.

The painters did a good job, but were a little sloppy. I spent a half day, getting paint splatters off the floors

Harvey and his crew did an excellent job. They were punctual and professional. We will recommend them to our friends and family. We are very pleased with the results, and we will use them again.

They're always very prompt and respectful. They do a very good job. They were fast and they cleaned up after themselves. I'm happy with how it turned out. I would use them again in the future.

The thing that I like the most is Harvey comes in and does the work requested, and if there is any issue, they come right back out and fix it, without any complaining. They always make sure to complete the work to your satisfaction, and don't want paid until your happy. They are always prompt and responsive. He is also very fast to come out and get your estimate and he is very honest. They are also very professional. Harvey takes his own calls, so that is very nice also.

The owner, Harvey, and one worker showed up promptly at 9 as scheduled. The second worker was an hour and a half late, but Harvey stayed until he arrived, explained the job to the worker, and then left. They finished the work by 4:00. The prompt worker was amazing and paid great attention to detail. The second worker was satisfactory but not as careful, and I had to point out several areas that needed further work in the room he did. Also, the second worker didn't mix the two cans of paint together before starting to paint that room, and when he opened the second can wound up sending me on a wild goose chase to try to get the second can adjusted to match the first. In the end, the paint store was able to shake the paint to mix it well and everything worked out fine, but if shaking it hadn't solved the issue I would have had a room with one wall a different color than the others, as the paint was two years old and the paint company had changed brands of colorant and would not have been able to tint a new gallon the right color. Also, the second worker didn't remove the outlet covers, and taped around them instead, thus getting some paint on the edges. However, these were small annoyances, and the fact remains that they got three rooms painted really well in one day, when it would have taken me a month of weekends to accomplish it. They did a great job keeping the paint on the walls and cleaning up after they finished. The price was very reasonable, and Harvey and the first worker were prompt and courteous. Some of this was just a learning experience, as it was my first time hiring painters - next time I would double-check with the workers that they were going to mix the paint together and remove the outlets.

It went extremely well. Harvey came out and gave us an estimate. When i called him back a couple of days later, he sat up the appointment for the work to be done. he told us upfront that it would take two days. Lorenzo was the gentleman that came out and did the actual work. He was very prompt and he did an excellent job. He answered questions and checked in several times to make sure I was happy with the stain. I would definitely refer this company to friend and family and will use them again.

I called them and they arrived early the next day and went to work. The price was very reasonable based on the amount of work done and the quality. There were two painters who completed the job in a day and a half. They were very professional and polite with both myself and my children. I had to leave during part of the work and had no problems trusting the men inside my home while I was absent. I would recommend anyone using this company. We had 4 or 5 estimates and they were not the cheapest but they were close. The total estimate was around $4000 for a 3000 sq ft home. We will eventually use them on the rest of the house as we decide on colors.
