Painter was prompt, and friendly. He applied one coat of paint of my choice. Did not repair any minor repairs as offered in the deal but overall the painting made a great improvement to the home.

They had to move a lot of "stuff" in order to paint, and they did it cheerfully. The rooms look great! Mr. Rogers was responsive to my requests and was easy to work with.

After paying for my Big Deal I was called very soon after. I had a tight schedule on when I needed this done and they were gracious to accommodate my schedule. The painter arrived 5 minutes before he was scheduled to be there and he was very kind and professional. He definitely was a master of his craft and did not have to use the blue tape at all and he did not make mistakes. The only reason I gave them a B, is because after I inspected there were a few spots that was missed and I had to touch up those spots. It wasn't many but nonetheless, they were missed.

Excellent communication with the company owner, Harvey. He was very responsive and very professional. The painter arrived on time and was as friendly as could be. We had a coupon for 8 hours of painting and it took him about 6 to finish. He did a great job. We would definitely use this company again.

All wallpaper was removed and the walls repaired and prepped for painting. Excellent job. Walls look great and all debris was swept up and removed.

Our home is about 3200 sq feet and we hired them to paint the entire 1st floor which includes a 2 story , kitchen, family room, dining room, living room, master bedroom and powder room. ( no ceilings or trim) They also painted our stairwell and 2nd floor hall. When harvey came in to give us our estimate he had great suggestions and estimated that it would take 3 1/2 days. They werre to start on a Tuesday finish Fridy morning. I was a little stressed because I was having a baby shower Saturday but figured we would just have to make it work. Harvey realized I was stressing, so when they showed up on Tuesday he had 4 painters!! I was thrilled!! Of course they finished early which I really appreciated and they did a fantastic job. Everyone was very professional ,courteous. & they cleaned up after themselves and everything looks great! We are actually getting ready to call them to finish the rest of the house!

My daughter purchased a house built in 1963. The ceilings needed some professional help with filling in cracks prior to painting them. Kevin did a great job repairing the plaster ceilings. You cannot see where the cracks were and after painting them, the ceilings look terrific. Kevin was very pleasant and professional, was prompt in getting started to work and worked very hard the entire time he was there. We would definitely use Master Painters again.

Wonderful! Harvey and his crew showed up on time each of the two days it took to complete the project. They did an amazing job, quickly and were very detailed oriented-checking over their work carefully. From start to finish the process was easy and we highly recommend Master Painters and would definitely use them in the future.

The painting itself was fine. Their cleanup was horrible. They spilled paint in a number of places on the cement that I haven't been able to get out. Very frustrating.

We got it set up originally set for 9am however Harvey called me the day before and asked if I could change my time a little he did say that I can keep my time if I had made arrangements that couldn't be changed. But I was cool changing it and it was only a couple hours and Harvey came and did the job himself and was prompt and professional and did a beautiful job. This is the second time we have used them and both times they have been great.
