We pay an average of $150 per cleaning (it can vary depending on how long it takes) and we are on a schedule for cleaning every other week. We are pleased with their services. Their office staff is very easy to work with (cancelling, rescheduling, etc.), and their cleaning staff is very friendly and do a good job.
Description of Work: For full house cleaning, we use MaidPro House Cleaning. Our house is approximately 3,000 square feet, with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. (We also have several cats and dogs, so pet hair and dust is always an issue).

MaidPro refused to provide the service because they "thought" they saw mold. MaidPro customer service indicated that they are not experts in mold but did provide a contact for a mold expert. The mold expert came out and said it was NOT mold only a heavy traffic area that needed to be cleaned. MaidPro still refused to provide the service because in their opinion it was mold and the expert they recommended was wrong. Apparently, MaidPro is ok with keeping your home clean if it is initially up to their standards. It appears that both their staff and customer service have an irrational fear of dirt. Their price on Angie's List is not great compared to other providers. They can't even refund the fee on Angie's List for work that was not performed. It's up to the customer to go through the red tape on Angie's List to get a refund. One positive is that they did show up on time. Nothing was said about mold on a 15 minute initial walkdown of the house. However, when I left the house for a short time to go shopping, they ran away instead of sticking around and discussing their concerns. Instead they took pictures of my house without my permission. I will never never never deal with MaidPro again.

Wonderful. The service rep, Nicole, contacted me within 24 hours and scheduled the service for a few days later. We discused the details of the job. Nicole was very upfront in explaining what could and could not be accomplished in the three hours cleaning time that I purchased and helped me prioritize the tasks to be accomplished On the day of service, Angelina, called me to let mw know when she was on the way and arrived promptly at 9:00am. After asking me a few questons, she got right to work. I had to leave the house shortly after the work started. When I arrived back home I was amazed at all that had been accomplished. The house was really clean! I have not used a housecleaning service before mainly because I had heard from friends that services they used just surface cleaned the most visible areas and then sprayed a lot of air freshener around to make the place smell nice. From my point of view, "clean" is not a pretty fragrance. Clean means the dirt is gone! That is why I am extremely pleased MaidPro and especially Angelina. Based on my great experience, I have decided to contract MaidPro to clean my home on a regular basis. The only negative from the whole experience was that when I got home I found one of my cats locked in the large walk-in closed in the bedroom. I am sure what happened is that he hid in the back of the closet when he heard the vacuum and Angelina didn't see him when she closed the closet door. In the future when Angelina comes back (I hope she will) we will just need to make sure that all the closet doors are closed so the cats will just hide under the bed.

We love Denyce, she is the best. She is friendly, punctual, and detail orientated (which is important in someone cleaning the nooks and crannies of your house). She always make sure to wipe down the blinds, cabinets, underneath appliances and tricky corners of the room. Today she did an excellent job as always. She had an assistant, Stephanie, who was also wonderful and thorough. With the help, the ladies were able to finish the cleaning almost so much earlier than had Denyce been alone. 1) Trina and Denyse arrived on time and gave a courtesy call to let me know they were 10 minutes away which I appreciated. 2) Maidpro has a 49 point checklist available to clients prior to their visit and they stick to it! Not only does the house smell fresh and clean, it looks amazing. Every surface has been cleaned, rooms straightened, and lamps (for example) actually picked up during dusting and not dusted around. We have a 10 year old yellow lab and I could not find a single hair on the floor after Maidpro left. Our newly remodeled bathroom is free of construction dust and the tub is sparkling. 3) Most of our house has hardwood floors and they were vacuumed and mopped. Upstairs carpet thoroughly vacuumed and looks great. 4) Kitchen and extensive granite island cleaned thoroughly. I appreciated the small detail removing dog hair from the bar stool legs, the extra job of cleaning the wet bar, and wiping down the wood cabinets. Well done, ladies. I will definitely call again.
Description of Work: Maid pro provided last minute complete house cleaning services before a surprise open house. I called and asked detailed questions before securing their services--they answered my questions thoroughly and promised a followup visit if I was not pleased with the results. An emailed estimate arrived the day prior as well as a video explaining what to expect.

I used MaidPro regularly for house cleaning twice a month. The first clean is more expensive, to get established. Then, a regular maintenance cleaning fee is charged. I was not happy with the first cleaning. I called and discussed my concerns with the office staff at MaidPro. They were very responsive to my concerns and the cleaning was re-done. Since that first cleaning, I have had 2 regular cleaners. They are wonderful and I am always happy with their work. MaidPro has been very accommodating with my schedule, which I really like. They are a little more expensive than an independent cleaner, but I like having the flexibility to change my cleaning schedule if needed. I will continue to use them.

Overall rating is really a B+, just under an A but you don't let us give pluses in the grades. We had tried 2 of MaidPro's competitors but decided MP were the best and have had them clean the house 3 times since October 2014 and they do a great job, would highly recommend them. We plan to have them come in every other month for 3 hours to keep the house looking good (only 1500 sq ft)

Kelly and Thomas were amazing! They understood exactly what I needed, got right to work and exceeded my expectations. My last tenants DESTROYED my home and I had new tenants moving in the NEXT day. The scale of filth is indescribable yet they managed to "flip" my house like you see on TV! I have now included this fee for future tenants. I plan to personally request Kelly and Thomas come sanitize my rental in between tenants. I also appreciate the follow up service, with everything going on, I didn't get a chance to call and thank MaidPro or mention how great Kelly and Thomas were, but they called me to see how everything went and make sure I was satisfied. I found 20 out of the 49 were not accomplished. After the cleaning, I found dead insects still on my windowsills, dust everywhere that was checked off as dusted. Upholstered furniture not vacuumed. Kitchen sink was still dirty and the faucet still had food splatters on it. Countertops were not disinfected - bathroom sink still had toothpaste on it, kitchen counters had dust on them. There was still food on the kitchen floor. I called the company, talked to the operations manager and told her I would not be using their service again. She stated she would not charge me for today, and she offered to send out another maid to clean the house. I declined. Two weeks ago, I had a team of two maids come to perform the maid service. I did not get the usual maid that I have been having clean the house. After about 2 hours, the usual maid showed up, and she was very rude to me and to the other maids. I called the company and told them about the incident. So they sent me a new maid this week. But, as stated above, the cleaning was not what was promised on the 49 checkpoint list.

Overall the service was very good. They called before arriving and did an excellent job on the house overall. Their checklist was very detailed and nearly everything was done perfectly. I was particularly impressed with the job they did cleaning and organizing the tops of the dressers in the master bedroom. Just for the sake of providing some sort of critique, there were a couple very minor things I noticed (such as few spots missed on the bathroom sink faucets, light fixtures in bathrooms not cleaned,oven exterior handle still a bit dirty and a few spots missed on the countertop behind the kitchen sink). I mention this just because I'm very picky when it comes to things like this. Overall however, they did excellent work and will likely use them again in the future.

They are wonderful! I've been using them for a few months now and it is worth every penny. They always send a reminder of when they are coming and follow up afterwards. I called once because they missed my stairs and they immediately credited part of my cleaning and sent someone out the next day to do it. All of the people we've dealt with have been very nice, punctual and do their work professionally. They say they're going to clean the house and that's what they do. I'm not knocked over with excitement or overly impressed when I come home, but I come home to a clean house, which is what I want. I've given B's on Price and Quality for the following reasons: 1. Price -- While tipping is not mandatory, MaidPro states it's much appreciated. Translation = Our maids expect a tip. I always tip the delivery guys that bring in new appliances or furniture and I don't have a problem tipping the maids. I just wish it could be built into my price and billed on my credit card so I don't have to remember to leave cash at home. 2. Quality -- No two ways around it. I'm just not that easily impressed. An 'A' means excellence. The maids do great work and I would certainly recommend them, but it takes a lot to be considered excellent. If there was an indicator for "Value" on Angie's list (which looks at Quality in relation to Price), I would give an A for that. The services performed for the price registers a very high value for me.

the person came in for a 4.50 hour clean and 3 hours of it was spent in the Master bed/bathroom so there was no time left for the rest of the house, i have 2 1/2 baths and one of the full baths upstairs, the toilet, sink and tub were not even touched, i can tell because still black ring in toilet and stuff in tub, this is the dog bath tub so obviouly you can tell, toothpast in sink is proof that it was not touched. i have 3 bedroom house and 1 of the bedrooms i did not even need done , i also have formal living room and dining room that were not touched, just dusting 1 table in living room and vacuum the carpet in the livingroom only is all that she did, the kitchen and den were also cleaned but the vacuum cleaner used barely picked up anything off the floor, i dont understand what she was cleaning in the kitchen as it was pretty much cleaned already as I did the dishes and cleaned the countertops while she was upstairs, the half bath downstairs was cleaned and then she mopped the floor and down the hall on the way out, how can you mopp and still leave stuff on the floor, even after you have vacuumed the same floor, the stairs are carpeted and not one of them was vaccumed, i have a dog so there is usually hair on the carpet and floor so it tells you if you still see that then the vacuum pretty much sucked. i tried this new place but should have stuck with molly maid who cleaned my house before, they sent 2 people to my house and they did all she did + plenty more and completed everything in 2 hours, never again;;;;; the girl they sent to my house from maidpro was very nice

This was the 7th times we had maidpro to clean our house. It will be the last. With our past experience we were sometimes satisfied with the work done. We especially had one employee who spent 6 hours cleaning our house for us. We asked for certain employee to come for our cleaning because she did a great job, and after being told that she would be sent, someone else was sent instead of her on two separate times despite the fact that we asked for a different person because we were not satisfied with the job (still a lot of dusty areas in the house). However, during our last cleaning, we were expecting to pay for a 3 hour cleaning job as done in the past, but we were told that it would require an extra 30 minutes to complete the job (with 2 people), and were charged the difference. In the past the amount of time required was always the same for one person, and we did not ask for 2 people on this cleaning as well. I don't feel that they care too much about our feedback and ignore our requests.
