MaidPro House Cleaning

MaidPro has been a great experience for me! They have been out to my house 3 times, and each time exceeds my expectations. The ladies are friendly, kind, professional and VERY hard workers. Having Maidpro clean for me has honestly changed my life. I am now able to enjoy some extra time with my kids instead of always feeling like I need to be cleaning! I would highly recommend this company to everyone!!

I am and continue to be very pleased with their service. In addition, the offer cleaning to women with cancer for free. I love their community service ethics as well. Good, honest company!

Casey and Jennifer provided an excellent cleaning service! Yesterday was the second monthly service provided by the MaidPro team and the service has always been thorough and complete. Their splendid work is easily recognizable. My son and two granddaughters always know the days when they were at the house. I will definitely continue my monthly service with MaidPro.

Great job by Katherine M. I've never seen anyone work so hard at cleaning. The job was tough, 12 years worth of accumulated grit and grime. It took her longer than the original "over the phone" MaidPro estimate (she had to request additional time) but she hung in there and appeared to be working just as hard at the end as she was at the beginning. There was so much additional work that she started around 1 PM on Monday, stopped at 6 PM, and was back the next morning at 9 to finish the work. This was not an easy job, but the areas she cleaned look great and met or exceeded my expectations. I will be definitely be using MaidPro again for my personal residence. Note -- I called MaidPro and asked for someone to come out and give me an on-site estimate as I newthe job was tough (that's why I was calling in pros!). They don't do that, only give you an estimate over the phone based on what they think the job you describe will take. I suggest that they should offer the service of a professional estimator for unique or difficult jobs so you get a more reliable estimate. This had nothing to do with how hard Katherine worked or her ability, as I don't believe anyone could have worked harder than she did. Thank you Katherine M.!

My techs, Ashley and Femetress (sp?) were punctual and professional in demeanor, dress, and conversation. This was an 'initial' cleaning, so they toured the home, were attentive to my specific desires, and asked pointed questions to ensure the service provided would be exactly what I wanted. I then did something totally out of character for me...I left complete strangers in my home! We left town to DC for a Nationals game, and returned on Friday to a sparklingly clean home! My stove has never been this clean! My wife has very tough cleanliness standards, and they met (and exceeded in some instances) those standards. Bottom line, we were very pleased with our initial service, and have retained MaidPro for cleanings every other week now. I will update this review as the service experience continues. As an aside, I have read other reviews stating that the cost is much more than comparable services. I am not sure about others, but I didn't find the price to be excessive, particularly in light of the quality of work done. Recommended!

Excellent job! We have had other cleaning services in the past, but MaidPro is by far the best. A little more expensive than the others - but totally worth it. Meagan M and Hendra were on time, professional and courteous. They really paid attention to detail and made everything sparkle. We will definitely be calling them again.

Heidi is very thorough in her cleaning, and she is always willing to focus on specific areas at my request as needed. She is reliable and a joy to have in our home. We are very happy with the cleaning service that she provides.

We had been away from the house for a significant portion of the past year, so that spot cleaning was all we had time to do. Consequently, MaidPro was starting with an uphill battle from the beginning. However, Meagan M. cleaned the house so thoroughly that it restored our home's comfort level. During the cleaning Meagan M. demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and courtesy (a trait that has become all to uncommon in today's consumer based industry), including a strong work ethic exhibited by almost non-stop cleaning during the five hour time frame. All of these factors combined, provided us with a long overdue sense of contentment in our home.

Floors in kitchen and main living area did not even look like they had been touched.

I was totally displeased with the service. First of all she arrived after 1pm and had to leave at 5pm without finishing. To make a long story short I will NEVER use this company again. The date is approximate, can't recall exact date but the service was unforgettable....SMH!!!

We have used Maid Pro every other week for nearly two years and have been extremely happy with their services. Their quality control is excellent in that we have had someone stop by several times to ensure the work is being performed according to Maid Pro's standards. We have never been dissatisfied with a cleaning. Maid Pro sends out a reminder email 2 days before a scheduled cleaning and follows up the evening of the service with a customer satisfaction survey. If you forget to complete it, a representative is on the phone the next day to make sure you are happy with the service.

She was prompt, friendly, and did a fantastic job cleaning. We were home at the time and she came in and got to work and really worked hard the whole time she was here. We would definitely use them again!

Denyce is awesome. She is always on time and cheerful. My parents came to visit today and said they have never seen our house so clean! Thanks Denyce and her helper today I think was Deirdre--who is not afraid to get down on the floor to reach the low spots and shelves--very appreciated!!!

Everything was dusted, floors cleaned, counters scrubbed, appliances are shining. Bathrooms are spotless and healthy.
