MaidPro House Cleaning

Description of Work: Cleaned 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, entryway. It was terrific! Adam did a great job! He had good attention to detail and was very personable.

Description of Work: Maidpro cleaned my house. They arrived on time and ready to work. The service provider was very professional and friendly. Maidpro provided all services as advertised. The only problem was they did not dust the master bedroom well. When they were done the they locked up my home as requested.

Description of Work: Cleaned my house, sometimes 2 maids and sometimes 1. I've spoken with the scheduler about having the same maid come each time, but have not been satisfied with this provision yet. The maids follow a checklist. They also clean items that I stipulate with the cleaning products I prefer used, i.e. a bleach cleanser for the bathroom; special granite wipes for counter tops. They are very thorough, and work hard while here. The company also employs men in their maid service. I was caught off guard by this, as a single woman at home, and is one reason I prefer to have the same person assigned to do my home each time, with no surprises. Though I would receive an e-mail re. the date of service I was not told who was coming. Once I was told one name & two different people showed up. A 10% gratuity is expected after each clean (given directly to the maid,) in addition to the price per clean. This was unusual to me, esp. since the company decides how many maids will clean that day. I've had two maids at a time, twice, and that means tipping two people. The maids are not particularly punctual, but they have phoned while on their way. They are pleasant & hard-working, and the house "feels" clean after they are finished. Each maid has been pleasant to deal with & anxious to please. I am continuing my relationship with them, because I feel that as we learn what we each expect, the clean will continue to satisfy us both. It's difficult to find a reliable maid service in our area, and Angie's List had rated this company with an "A" which made my decision easier.

Description of Work: First visit there were a couple of things not completed. I talked with them regarding this and the next visit all things were completed to my satisfaction. I would recommend them.

Description of Work: Cleaned house, dusted, vacuumed whole house, washed kitchen & bathroom floors, cleaned kitchen and microwave, totally cleaned bathrooms, dusted blinds, emptied trash, vacuumed carpeting, shook out scatter rugs. Service was done every two weeks for two month while I recovered from surgery. I was very pleased with the service and Lilya who did the cleaning. She was very sweet and a good worker. Description of Work: The team that cleaned my home did a great job. I have had other cleaning companies and had to let them go due to doing a horrible job. I will be calling MaidPro to clean often.

Description of Work: They did an initial clean. It was okay; I was a little taken aback that they said once they tripped the circuit breaker (which was'nt their fault, my house is really old) they were done. I thought they were kidding but they left! My house is difficult to clean because it is so huge and old and they did a decent job but I remember thinking "wow, I'm surprised they left this."

Description of Work: Maid Pro has sent excellent cleaners. They are thorough, personable, and we have used them for about 3 years....every two weeks. In this house, we have them clean the first floor only, as we hardly use the second floor. So, the price stated is for the first floor only. Only clean the second floor occasionally. Only once was someone sent that wasn't up to their usual standards, but he didn't remain with the company. I would recommend them highly.

Description of Work: Cleaned the whole house for a move out. They did miss a few spots, some baseboards, some window seals, and one ceiling fan. But overall it was a very good job.

Description of Work: They were to Deep Clean my two bathrooms for a property we just bought. The person cleaning spent most of the 2 hours in the master bathroom which left little time for the second bathroom cleaning....she cleaned it well only after me going over the bathroom several times with things that Had Not been Deep cleaned or touched yet. I would not call it a deep clean but what the cleaning person did do after going over it a couple times it was finally cleaner than when she came.

Description of Work: I was extremely impressed with MaidPro at first, but as the time progress, the quality of the cleaning diminished. Rooms were ignored, areas of the house were left undone. It seemed as though there was a big hurry to get the cleaning done no matter what was missed.
