MaidPro House Cleaning

I live in Suffolk, VA and our Maidpro, Robin, does an AMAZING job cleaning our house. The house smells great as soon as I walk in the door and occasionally she leaves adorable towel animals for our daughter. I love being able to pick the frequency of the cleanings or just put them on hold for a few weeks if I'm going out of town. Maidpro is a great service and I would highly recommend it to everyone.

Crew showed up right on time, had all their own supplies. Dorothy, the crew leader, toured the house with me and I explained what I needed done. I have a particular cleaner for my hardwood floors and a ceramic tile counter top for which I also use a special cleaner. There was no problem doing either. They did a great job cleaning and I am quite particular. Will definitely have them back and will recommend.

We have now had 2 cleanings and Sherri has been great both times! She is very sweet, the dogs like her (a huge bonus that I don't have to put them up) and so nice to have a clean house! Thank you Sherri!

Very well. Denyce is always very friendly and professional. She does extra little special things that make her service more personal. For example, my kids love it when she comes because she arranges the dolls on my daughter's bed so it looks like they are reading a book. She is very detail orientated which is important In a large and dusty house! We love Denyce!

This is my second visit from Amber E at Maidpro. She does a great job! She called before arriving and was right on time. I really appreciate that. She cleaned my house top to bottom. Of course I checked when she finished and I was happy to see no remaining dust. My bathrooms are sparkling. She also remembered to use the canister vac on my area rugs since a beater bar is too rough on them. She does such a good job that I specifically request her on cleaning day. She is also just a really nice person. Most importantly, I feel I can trust her with my home. It's a good feeling.

They did a very good job. Had hoped they would have gotten the upstairs completed as well. Very satisfied with what they did.

I have never hired a cleaning service. This was the first time which I told her. That was my mistake! She went to cleaning mainly just the bathrooms. She was suppose to be there for 3 hours. She was there for 1.5 hours tops. She cleaned the bathroom (wiped sinks, toilets, showers, mopped floor) She also vacuumed the living room and mopped the kitchen floor. Wiped down the countertops in the kitchen. When she was finished she handed me a checklist. That would have been nice to have in the beginning. I would have told her to do it all. I felt she just wanted to do the bare minimum. I was hoping to hire them again when we moved out of our house, but after seeing how little she was willing to do I decided I would do it myself.

The service was very good. They charged $99 for four rooms. I plan to use them again.

Great!! House looked amazing as usual. My 6 year old left her a note because we were out of town and it was very cute how Denyse wrote her back a very nice note and left it on her bed!! Thank you for the good job and the extra kindness!!

This was my first visit and I was very impressed. I plan to have them return once a month or more. My maid Amber showed up on time and did a wonderful job. She was very sweet and professional. She took great care with the items in my home. Near the end of her visit the quality control person showed up and did a walk through. I told her I was so happy with Amber's work that I would like to have her return every time. I am very picky! Thanks Maid Pro.

What they charged me, they ended up having to refund me a lot because they messed up. I think it should have been better the first time.

It was the worst. I'm never going to use them ever again. They didn't have me in the system. It was confused. I drove three hours - because I live in North Carolina - to meet them at my mother's house in Virginia. They didn't show up. They told me they had no record of it, when they were the ones who told me to come and the time and all of that. It was just a nightmare. They didn't perform the services. They had to be called back to come back out there. There were additional charges. They added additional to clean the stove or the inside of the refrigerator. They didn't tell me ahead of time. It was an additional $20. The girl that they sent had some kind of personal issues. She was outside on her cellphone crying.

Initially, the real estate agent was worried about some residual spots. They came back and went over those areas again and everything turned out great.

Kayla and Misty did a fantastic job cleaning my house! They were so nice and friendly. They called me before arriving. Misty and Kayla worked diligently and completed all of my requests in a timely manner. Kayla and Misty are incredible assets to Maidpro and their customers. I highly recommend their services. Having my home professionally cleaned has lifted a huge burden from me; now I am able to spend more time with my family. Thank you again Misty and Kayla. May God bless you two!

Amanda cleaned every room thoroughly and we could not find a single dust particle or stain

Angelina was polite and efficient; she called before arrival and verified with me exactly what I wanted done once she arrived. I had 4 rooms which needed quite a bit of dusting, vacuuming, etc., including wiping down kitchen appliances - all was completed in the allotted 3 hours.

Overall I was pleased with the service. I would use them again. However, the service was not as flexible as I would have liked. I wanted more personalized service in shorter increments of time each week instead of every other week. That was not something they could provide as they have certain blocks of time they allow. I also thought some of their tasks they were required to do were not an efficient use of time. For instance, they are required to wipe down the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel bottles. We have 4 people with different needs in our house and that equals a lot of bottles. I really don't think it is necessary and asked them if that could be waived and they said no. The person also cleaned my floor with white vinegar (which is my choice) but then she we back over it to rinse it. That was basically cleaning the floor twice and I have a lot of tile to clean so I thought that was a waste of time, thus, my money.

MaidPro is a very professional organization with great customer communications. They confirmed the appointment both via email and phone. The cleaning team called to let me know they were on the way and arrived at the scheduled time. There were four Pros - two in training on the job and they did a great job. I was very impressed with their crew leader who walked down the job with me and was extremely friendly and polite. The rest of the team was really great too, very polite and personable. I had scheduled 5 hours for the job and they finished early, so they did some additional cleaning that I needed including cleaning the kitchen and refrigerator and both bathrooms. They were so efficient and did a great job. They house looks great and smells wonderful. The realtor stopped by and remarked how great the house looked. Thanks MaidPro!
