MaidPro House Cleaning

After reading the great reviews on Angie's List, I called Maid Pro for a full clean. Mandy, who answered the phone, was very friendly and helpful. We discussed the work I needed done in a rather short timeframe. She scheduled my clean for three days later. Upon arriving the cleaner set right to work and finished within five hours. They were very timely, efficient, and professional with their work. I was thrilled when I returned home. The entire house looked tidy, neat, and smelled fresh. Just in time for my party. I will certainly hire them again and will highly recommend them to my friends.

We ordered Move in Move out cleaning for our house from Maidpro since we were referred them from a friend. The receptionist answering the phone was very curteous and prompt! They arrived at the appointment on time and took time to follow our instructions! And the follow up phone call arrived the next day to find out if we were satisfied. Very good experience overall. Will definitely refer their service to our friends!

They did an awesome job on both houses. They showed up on time at both places, cleaned top to bottom and took out all trash. They were very friendly and professional. Very efficient. Will use them again.

We have been using MaidPro for about 15 months and are very happy with their service. I heard about them from my sister in law who used their service when she put her house for sale. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. we have two primary cleaners who are back up for each other. They are both very detail oriented and perform excellent cleaning. They are very reliable and easy to communicate with. I like the fact that I can always email them regarding my suggestions or schedule change. Crystal, the office manager is very nice to speak to. They are not perfect but way better than other services we tried.

They sent an extra person in to get the job done faster as the carpet cleaner was coming in right behind them.

Terri was the greatest. She was kind and welcoming from the start. She cleaned more than I expected, and we were so very pleased with her work. Can't wait for her to come back next week. It lifts a huge stress from us.

As stated previously, the service personnel sent to our house did a great job, working extremely hard for the solid 6 hours to clean our entire house. There were a few areas we went back over with her at the end of the day, and to her credit she stayed and fixed all the "suggestions" I made. I must say I was pleased with that. I am also happy enough to continue working with Maid Pro. I cannot give them an A as yet for performance as this will be the 3rd visit only this week, but I am happy with the service thus far. I wish it were not so expensive, but I also understand that it is a large house, and it is helpful to have it done well, so I'm only slightly complaining. There is mention of the 49 point checklist, and thus far, it is being followed. I, of course, do not follow the cleaner around all day, but when I check it does seem that items are being attended to. I was out of the town for the last visit, but my son said it looked like all was done properly. The cost of the initial service stated here is high, but having it done on a twice monthly basis is more reasonable -- but still high enough. Our cost for four and a half hours works out to about $147. Again, I'm willing to pay it for the quality of the work, especially as compared to others I have had previously. Maid Pro is making me a very happy woman!

On time, professional, worked diligently for 4 hours cleaning.

From the first time I called Mail Pro, I have been very pleased. Darlene, the woman who set up the cleaning, was so friendly and helpful. When I had to change the date, she was understanding and changed the date with no problem. After a slow beginning with Constance being late (she did call though), it was a great job. Maid Pro only sent one person and I was concerned about that since we had carpet cleaners coming in after her. Constance was very efficient and didn't even take a break. She cleaned every thing including the baseboard. She was very efficient and pleasant. Constance finished on time and the house was spotless.When I needed a receipt for the service, it was quickly emailed. In the beginning I was apprehensive about hiring a cleaning team, but Mail Pro really came through. I would definitely hire this company again.

It took three cleaning people eight hours to do the job, which they did fairly well, though admittedly there was not much they could do with the bad hard water stains in the toilets and sinks. They were very polite, arrived on time and even got the nasty microwave cleaned out. I am going to use them for weekly cleaning.

The service is great. They have been very accommodating. They are able to switch days when you need them to. They are very professional. They come when they say they will. They do a very good job. They will call back sometimes and email every week to see how the service turned out.

t We recently moved into a house that was a disaster. The prior tenants left it a complete mess. We discovered this on Sunday and on immediately started calling maids. We left a message for Maidpro Sunday night and Monday morning Deanna returned our call. As luck would have it they did have some availability and they got to the house within an hour. They did a fantastic job cleaning the place up and all on very short notice. We'll definitely be calling them again!

No story at all, the girls did amazing! I have used this company twice now and both times they were well above par! What a great experience! Thank you!

Two crews from the service cleaned my first 2 houses on Wednesday and did a wonderful job! They were great and the homes looked really good. The third home was not cleaned thoroughly and my sister had to rush to clean it herself before the move out inspection. I would differently use them again. Management apologized for the 3rd house and are cleaning it for free now. Great company!

It was horrible. She just sat my house for 4 hours and did nothing because she said she was too upset to do anything because her car was not working. They are supposed to give free estimates, but they claim that they do not. They are also refusing to honor a coupon that I found on Angie's List. The time that I used their service, they only cleaned my house once and I used them for about a year.

I made a list before my cleaner came of areas I knew I wanted that Maid Pro fabulous attention to. I went to each room with her since this was her first time at my house and showed her exactly what I wanted--but she went above and beyond and made the rooms look not just dusted and vacuumed but neat and tidy too. ( I love that Maid Pro cleans my ceiling fans on a regular basis.) It is wonderful to see my kitchen and the detail that she does in there --moving each appliance and wiping out all the crumbs that hide under and behind them. Since I was home for the cleaning, she asked me about my preferences if she had a question. She put in 3+ hours of hard work and I am very happy. You should come see it this week! Everything sparkles and shines. Come before I mess it up again!

Have called the company to complain...will do follow up when they respond. Follow up....Was contracted by customer service next morning..they were very apologetic and understanding about my complaints. Offered to sent someone to re do the cleaning...I have to say the job they did today was the difference between night and day it was excellent. I was more than pleased with the job they did today...I have no complaints at all...sent out 2 ladies and then customer care person came personally to check and make sure everything was satisfactory....I have to say that I am very pleased with the responsiveness with no attitude, given how unhappy I was. Was also given a hand written letter from customer care and a gift certificate for next cleaning. I will use them again and if they do as well as today will hire on regular basis...

Our experience with MaidPro has been excellent. They are caring, detailed and professional business. They check in with us on a regular basis to make sure we are pleased with the on going service. They also reminde me about my upcoming service.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the service from MaidPro. I was very thankful that they responded to my needs very quickly. I was also impressed with the quality of work done.

I like that they have a 49 point checklist and are very responsive to the customers needs, they will make sure our requests are met.

I have been using MaidPro on a monthly service since I bought my new house, and I couldn't be happier with them.

Cleaned the whole house excellently!!! no complaints at all. A bit pricey though for the area, in fact the highest fro the Hampton Roads area, but hard to say if cost=service provided since I havent used another service. But be aware you will pay more then any other company in this area.

They are one of the few that actually service my area. I pay them per visit. They really do a great job.
