MaidPro House Cleaning

We are very pleased with our cleaning service. They are consistently on time and reliable and do a great job, If you are considering getting a cleaning service, Maid pro is the way to go.

My experience has been fine. Scheduling has always been easy. If we need to change the time or date we just call two days prior and they are able to accommodate my needs. I have been very pleased with their scheduling process.

The price is very reasonable. Liliya does an amazing job. If we by chance leave dishes in the sink she will even start washing them. We have used their services since March. We have had only one issue when they sent out a new employee who had not been thoroughly trained. They were responsive and came back out right away to re-clean the house.

The cleaning makes things easier for me so I do not have to clean as often. They clean in places I cannot reach including the fans. They do a great job. When they come out it is usually two women. Scheduling is always very easy and they are able to accommodate my needs.

I think they do a good job. I have been using their services for around a year. I have never encountered any issues since working with them. They clean from 9-11 in the morning, they choose the date typically a Wednesday which is set up in advance. If you need to switch the date you need to let them know a few days in advance and they are able to accomodate your needs.

They do a terrific job. Whenever they leave I have a nice clean house. They call the day prior to the appointment to confirm. They call again the day of to let me know who is coming and to me a heads up because I have a grey hound dog. They always send someone who is friendly with dogs so I do not have to kennel my dog. They are very agreeable, polite and have great communication skills.

The home was pretty dirty/messy from having a small house with 3 adults and 4 kids staying for over a month. The lady came to the house and stared working right away. She did a great job and was very detail oriented. It took her about 4 hours to clean the whole house. The price was a little higher than I am used to paying so I'm not sure if I would use them again. Normally I would get two cleaning ladies for 2-3 hrs and it would cost $120....this was one lady for 4 hrs at $160. I prefer to have two ladies to get the job done quicker.

WOW! was I wrong about MaidPro. My first experience with them was not positive. I requested to have one of the young ladies that came out to clean my home on a bi-weekly basis. She was very friendly and a true peoples person. I was told that she was not available due to her overwhelming schedule so I decided not use use them again. I received a phone call from Lily Carson to resolve the matter. Another young lady was sent out and I was very happy with her performance. I am now using MaidPro bi-weekly and I will definitely recommend them to all my friends. Thank you for making your business #1.

excellent work, attention to detail, professional

A few areas were missed in the kitchen. My dissatisfaction was not with the cleaners, but with the administration part of the company. I requested one of the cleaners on a regular basis, but I was told this person was not available.

Fantastic. I will call if I am in need of cleaning services in the future and will specifically ask for Jackie. She is professional and pleasant. I couldn't find a single thing to complain about. My husband thought the price was a little speedy, but I found the cost to be on par with other services I had checked with.

The first woman, who my mom really liked and had a connection with, had to leave because her son had fallen ill. They sent someone else out within 45 minutes, who my mom wasn't happy with. We are happy with the service over all, but would like Jackie Alexander to be the one to come out and do the service for us.

Updating- After seeing our review on MaidPro Lily contacted me to see if we would be willing to give them another shot. We had a great clean, nothing was missed and we didn't have any issues. We greatly appreciate the great customer service attitude that MaidPro has and will continue to use their services. Our service with Maidpro has been so spotty that we had to get rid of it. To be fair, we had one cleaner through MaidPro for six months that we adored, we had great communications with her and never had a complaint. When she left Maidpro, we were not notified and the next week we had a stranger calling us to get directions to our house. I understand that Maidpro operates like that, but we were surprised that they wouldn't even call us to let us know. The next several months of cleans were a succession of okay to terrible. We came home on time to find the counters not wiped, the microwave not cleaned and a wet cleaning cloth on our leather sofa. Each time we called MaidPro, they sent someone else out to fix the issues we had pointed out at no charge to us. The last time we had a clean there was a sticky residue all over the hardwood floors that looked terrible. I used a regular mop and a steam mop 3 times in a week to try and remove it. I called Maidpro and asked that the cleaner not use whatever product that was and to only use our steam mop in the future. I left it out for the cleaner on the day she was supposed to come and came home that evening to find it unused. We also had a note that her vacuum had stopped working and she was unable to do the second floor of our house. We were still charged the full amount for the clean. I think the real issue with Maidpro is a lack of proactive quality control. They depend 100% on your feedback and will respond accordingly when they hear from you, but I got sick of calling every time there was an issue, which seemed like every single clean.

They are fine, they have a wonderful service. I've just had a really good experience with them. They've been great. I hope to use them again in the future.

I'm a crazy person when it comes to cleaning. I like everything cleaned each time from ceiling fans down to window sills, doors, trim and baseboards. I only had to request it and they followed through. I've used them 3 different times. Gotten 3 different teams. And they all were very professional and thorough. The price is right.

Overall, they provided me a good quality of services. They were very responsive when I had a slight problem on the job and come back after 24 hours to fix everything up.

The cleaners came into my home and did a fantastic job of cleaning it. They really cared about the job. Overall, the home looked great, and saved me a lot of time and money trying to do it myself. I'd definitely use them again.

Good. This questionnaire takes too long!

As you might expect, the service depends very much on the individual that is actually doing the cleaning. The first lady we had, my wife was very pleased with. Then they replaced her with another lady, and her work was very unimpressive. We ended up discontinuing the service because of it. We will probably try another cleaning service at some point, but we are going to go off a by name referral next time.

Nice results. Price was exorbitant considering the size of the condo and the fact that it was a one time cleaning (not a deep spring cleaning).

I called and spoke with their office and explained what I wanted and scheduled the date and time. The employee was on time, professional in appearance and did a quality job. The price I paid was what was quoted. I would use them again and recommend them.

When I initially called I was given a reasonable quote and they were very accommodating to my circumstances on time preferences and such. The day the work was done I was pleasantly surprised at how great the the house looked. I would definitely recommend them to all of my friends.
