These movers were efficient and careful. We had one small table sustain minor damage, about which they were apologetic but did not offer to repair. Overall, the experience would have been great. They were fast about packing the old house and packed everything very well. However, our final interaction with them was very unpleasant. After a long day of moving, they suddenly demanded full cash/certified check (no check) payment before they would remove our last few items from the truck. The communication and behavior of the on-site representative of the company was very unprofessional. We had not been told that full payment would be due on the day of the move beforehand. That may have been in the fine print of the documentation, but no one ever courteously pointed it out or let us know ahead of time so that we could have been prepared. It was our very first ever professional move-we had no idea! As it was, it was late in the evening and we had no way to fetch a cashiers check or that amount of cash from an ATM. My husband is a local professional, practicing in the area for over 20 years at the time. It was obvious we weren't going abscond and they could easily track us down later if needed. But, they took our furniture away and kept it until Monday (two days later) when we could pay. My final impression of this business is that it is a very unprofessional outfit and unable to adjust to the particular circumstances of individual situations. We would never use or recommend these movers again based on this insulting experience.

They bailed me out of a bind, they did a very good job, they had a very reasonable price and they were able to come out after another company had left me hanging on a job.
