+ -1 morePromises followed by apologies and excuses. Then poor attitude. It reminded me of a little boy. He actually sped off in his truck when asked if he submitted plans as committed. What an attitude. And he's got so many personal problems. That part is sad.
Description of Work: He was to build a home. After many months of false promises... he whined and is now no longer going to step foot on our site. Pathetic business ethics.
