I was unable to be present; however, he did a great job. He contacted me if anything unusual came up and we discussed what was required. I am happy.

Mr. Lucy and his assistant arrived on the date determined (we had to change the date twice due to rain and a change in my schedule). I was asked what needed to be done and indicated the areas needing cleanup. Both gentlemen immediately got to work and the job was completed early. Mr. Lucy then asked what else he could do and completed two other jobs. Their work and attitude was excellent!!

Mr Lucy and Jerome showed up a little late for the appointed time, but that is too be expected in this service (you can't precisely detail the amount of time it will take to do a job unseen). We talked about what I needed done that day and they proceeded to get to work. They edged my yard, trimmed some very overgrown boxwoods in front of my house. Mr Lucy was down on the ground with shears trimming underneath the bushes, giving the area a very neat and trimmed look. He cleared out the grass growing in the cracks on my driveway. Jerome cleaned out my gutters, cleared all the debris behind my shed, cut down some trees that were overgrown behind my shed. They bagged all the clippings, chopped the branches and placed it all at the curb for waste pickup. My yard looks great and they will return next week to do some additional landscaping work for me. I am very pleased with the service I received. Mr Lucy and Jerome are very nice and easy to talk to. This will be my lawn service provider from here on out!

They not only did what I hired them to do but a lot more in the time allotted. It would have taken me days of spare time to do this work.

Great! They were early, got right to work, left areas clean and neat, all debris that could be was bagged and put out at the curb.

I hired Mr. Lucy and his assistant for 2 hours of work and not knowing how fast he worked, I felt he would not be able to complete everything in just 2 hours. I was shocked when he had completed everything on the list and was ready for me to inspect in 2 hours. Not a weed or stick was left in the beds. His work was perfect. I was really pleased.

After an initial mix-up on the date to perform the work, Terrance Lucy offered an additional hour of labor for free and showed up the firsst thing the next morning and completed the job.

This was my first Angie's List experience! I purchased the deal for $125 for 2 hours of yard clean up with Mr. Lucy and the other young man who works with him.. I think its 4 hrs if its only one man working. Anyways, it got off to a rough start due to some communication issues as his phone was having some problems and I was concerned he was not showing up for our scheduled appointment. Mr. Lucy did however show up at my house on the scheduled date and even though it was later than expected he was more than pleasant, and ready to get to work if I was still up for it. He was very detailed in wanting to know exactly what we wanted done in the yard and explained that it would be no problem and quickly got to work. After the 2 hrs were up are yard was completely tranformed from the overgrown mess the winter had left to a fresh clean slate that has left us excited to start new landscaping projects!! They did such a great job that we decided to pay his hourly fee for them to go ahead and cleanup the front yard as well, doing the same as they did in the back yard. We really enjoyed our experience so far working with Mr. Lucy and are planning to have him do our mulching and edging work for us also, maybe even a bit of landscaping! Im really happy we have found someone dependable to help us with our yard as it was becoming a problem for me due to an injury.We are happy to have met Mr. Lucy and will be looking forward to seeing him soon for more help with our yard!

Showed up for a 1:00 PM estimate at about 11:30. We agreed on a price for an every other week job. He came back around 1630 with a crew of two others and finished in less than an hour. ...and he accepted my personal check. He will be back in two weeks for the next round/.

Very polite crew. Terrance Lucy (owner) arrived at agreed upon time with 2 helpers. Went right to work. Very responsive to my requests to make minor trimming adjustments here and there. Mr. Lucy insisted on numerous occasions that I review the work up to that point and point out areas I wanted improved - - and he quickly did the trimming to my satisfaction. It was very important to him that I ultimately be 100 per cent satisfied with his services - - and I was. He will most likely be my "go to" contractor for future lawn and landscaping work.

Mr. Lucy is professional, responsive, and kind. Not only does he and his crew do superb work in a timely manner, he is a genuinely nice person who strives to assist his customers in all areas of home maintenance. Mr. Lucy has drawn my attention to areas of my lawn and home that could use attention. He politely educates the home owner, provides options, and and then respectfully accepts the homeowner's decision.
