Description of Work: The price was fair. The work was okay once they arrived; however, they were very late arriving and did not call to inform us of their delay. I had to call them to inquire if they were going to do the work as scheduled. Poor customer service.

Description of Work: It was a pleasure to work with these professionals. They accommodated my request for a different type of mulch, they were quick and proficient. My yard looks beautiful! Description of Work: Mr. Lucy did a fine job and was very professional. His helper was not very efficient, nor was he responsive or polite. It is difficult to give a grade because Mr. Lucy was an A and his helper was a d-.

Description of Work: I purchased a coupon and Mr. Lucy called me to schedule service. I waited or 2 entire days at my house. The crew never showed up and no phone call was made to explain. I contacted Angie's list and asked for a refund. I don't have 2 days to wait for yard service. There are way too many other companys out there.
