I have been selling Real Estate for over 20 years and have never witnessed as much change as we have encountered in the past two years. Staying informed and current on all the new requirements is prudent to having a successful transaction. My past management experiences (Georgette Klinger in New York City, counseling families in crisis and Hospital Administration) (Director of Admissions at the Medical College of Virginia) have led to a very rewarding Real Estate practice.
