We paid a 1000 for a leaf removal and bush terming, the owner was extremely unpleasant when we called and ask him to performed the job during the time frame he was contracted for. He put the soft in 2 days he finally showed up after 3 o clock on December 23rd when we expected him to get started early in the day. He fell uncommunicated when he arrived, and his workers finished the job in the dark using flashlights, the completion was unsatisfactory but he demanded full payment. He made no offer to come back until we called. We expected his work and found a lot of leaves that he left on the fences and bushes. The bushes were not trimmed to our satisfaction when I ask him he said he never promised to do that, He did blame me for ruining his Christmas. He was not accountable to do the job in a timely and professional manner. This is not only in facts review his company but also how we view workers to Angi list.

He put us off for 2 days and said he couldn't help the weather. They finally showed up after 3:00 on December 23rd when we expected them to be there early in the day. There was no communication. The job was done in the dark with flashlights. The completion of the job was unsatisfactory. My husband paid him, but the owner did not offer to come back until we called. The day after Christmas, we inspected the work and could see that leaves had been left under the bushes and against the house and fence. The bushes were not trimmed to our satisfaction. The workers came back this morning after my husband called. The owner blamed him for ruining his Christmas and said that he had not agreed to trim all the bushes and refused to do so. The owner cashed our check on the 24th, and yet chastised and blamed him for everything instead of being accountable for a job not completed in a timely and professional manner. This not only impacts how we view his company, but also how we view hiring workers in the future through Angie's List.
