+ -1 moreThey do an average job of cleaning. Over the last year they move our appointment all the time. They scratched our stainless steel appliances. They broke a light fixture in our bathroom. If you keep your house warmer than 75 degrees (ours was set to 79) then they will refuse to clean and leave. As they have gotten larger they have let customer service get worse over the last 3 years. We have never not paid and our check has always cleared. We have been a loyal customer for 3 years. We have no children and one dog.

Lily's Maid offers the following services: We clean houses from the top to the bottom , including blinds, fans, windows, windows sills and baseboards , we also do moving-in and moving-out cleaning, we can do detail cleaning that means inside drawers, cabinets, oven, microwave and refrigerator ! We have been in the business for 8 years and we have very good references !
We don't clean outside of the house unless required and agreement with extras fees!
