I was very lucky to have found matt Lee as an electrician. He is honest, very professional, willing to do any job no matter how small or large, and always makes time for me. He has tackled some tough problems for me, but always came through with the correct solutions to these problems, and worked until everything was up to code and perfect. Electricity is a scary thing to deal with, and you want to feel confident that you have an electrician that you can have confidence in. You can't go wrong with Matt Lee.

Had a fire in the garage, electrical panel was full of soot which caused massive corrosion on almost everything it touch's. Service panned was un-repairable. Matt replace my current panel which I also decided to up-grade from 150 amp to 200 amp with a whole home surge suppressor. Matt came out gave me a quot for the job and work to be performed and it was all spot on, not a penny more. Applied for and got the permit and all the parts that day and completed the job in 6 hours. Read some comments that people did not like certain aspects about Matt, I will tell you this the man is honest at first he was not sure about repairing the fire damage, we talked about on the phone and I asked him to still come and look at the job. When he got here and we discussed the job I become very confident about his abilities and new he was the Man for the job and as it turned out he was. If he is not sure about something he is going to tell you, his assistant Paul who also helped was every bit as good. If you need electrical work do not hesitate in calling Matt. He will provide great service.

Matt showed up and gave a very good assessment of past electrical work. He accurately assessed some minor issues and fixed them (he provided the $50 credit as advertised). He gave me some good comments on some work I want done in the future including the costs of non-electrical work required in conjunction. I found him very honest and professional. I will definitely use him again in the future.

Had 2 workers complete the above jobs....Individual had to go in crawl space to install 2 new outlets. Job took approximately 4-5 hours. Workers were extremely profession and courteous. I was provided an estimate of cost involved and final cost was within 10% of estimate. Owner is very knowledgeable of current federal and state codes.... I would recommend this company for anyone needing electrical services.

I found Matt on Angie's List. He did a good job and was a nice guy. We plan on using him again in the future.

Matt was very professional. He gave me great feedback on my electrical system and because the job didn't take as long as originally anticipated provided a quick assessment of some other items that may need to be done. I will definitely use Matt in the future.

Matt and Paul are great workers, and take the time to do the work right. They are very pleasant to be around, and their goal is to make sure the customer is satisfied. This is the third time we have used Matt, and we have never been disappointed. I heartily recommend him to anyone who needs any type of electrical work done in their home.

Lee explained that the coupon offering is confusing and stated that that he's conferred with you several times about changing it. the offering was for a $49 discount toward a home inspection and a $50 repair credit. I didn't need a home inspection, and the $50 credit would still have to go toward repairs. His service charge is $85 and $75 for the subsequent hour. The coupon did me no good, so I called to cancel it. I paid him for his labor (2 hours) less a military discount. Work was satisfactory. He is a credible, pleasant and efficient electrician. My only regret is that he wasn't experienced in replacing an electrical pressure switch for my well pump. He offered, but noted that he had no experience with pressure switches or well pressure adjustments...so I opted not to pay him to explore problem solutions.

Mr. Lee kept me informed of when he would arrive and provided timely updates and did work as scheduled. The first day, he checked the electrical power in the breakers and gave me his recommendations. He then installed an outlet under the breaker boxes as I requested. His work was neat and he was professional in carrying out the work. I then asked him for an estimate on installing another outlet and he gave me what I thought was a high estimate although he did advise he would need to bring a helper to install the second outlet via the crawl space. When he returned, Mr. Lee and the helper installed the second outlet and again did so professionally and neatly. He revised his bill down from the estimate he gave me as he said it took less effort to install than he expected. I felt this was a fairer price for the work performed. Thanks.

I bought an Angie's List Big Deal coupon for $49 for an Electrical Service Call Plus $50 credit. This coupon is misleading because I was charged an additional $35 for the service call the first day they came. He told me that he expressed this concern to Angie's List about the coupon being misleading and they said not to worry about it. But the $49 doesn't cover the service call, it covers the whole house electrical inspection and the $50 credit went toward the $85 1st hour service call, so I still owed $35 more for the service provided on April 28. Then on May 1, I owed another $150 for 2 hours plus $20 for materials for a total of $170. So the total was $205 for both day plus the $49 I spent on the coupon for a grand total of $254. I was happy with the service that I was provided and would recommend and use Lee's Quality Electric again. Angie's List needs to make the terms of their coupon "crystal clear"!!!

Matt Lee, owner/electrician, provided a detailed analysis of the issues I asked him to address based on the results of a home inspection report. Matt was courteous and explained things to me in a way that was understandable. He quoted a fee for all the work that was required (and there were several issues to resolve) and he provided an itemized invoice/bill. He had to come out on two separate days to get all the work done but he was consistent, contacted me both times to let me know he was on his way, and provided great service. I would hire him again.

I was helping a friend who lives out of town on getting his door bell fixed. I phoned (Apr 1) Matt Lee of Lee's Quality Electric to arrange a date/time for him to come out and fix the door bell. After not reaching Matt, I left a voice mail. After waiting 24 hours without a return call, I called again and didn't receive an answer. I then received a call back (Apr 3) from Matt and we arranged for him to arrive at 9:00 on April 6th. On April 6th, Matt didn't arrive at 9:00. I waited for 10 minutes and then phoned Matt, but didn't get an answer. I left a voice mail letting him know that I was waiting on his arrival. I also sent him a text message. After waiting for 20 minutes, I couldn't wait any longer. At approximately 9:40, Matt called to tell me that he "booked" two jobs for the same time. Since he previously didn't return my phone calls in a timely manner and then didn't arrive for a scheduled appointment, I decided I needed to look for a more reliable and professional electrician.

He changed a few lights. He put in some dusk to dawn lights at the front door. It wasn't a major thing but he worked quickly. It was a great price and the guy was great too.

Awesome! Very professional and knowledgeable! Replaced two light switches that had broken, checked outlets in kitchen, inspected main circuit panel, inspected wiring in attic to furnace. Would highly recommend and I will use again in the future.

They were very good. I can't complain. He did a very good job. In terms of the pricing, if you call for services, it's almost the same if you made a service call and they charge you the same. I probably will use them again.

They did a great job. took care of the immediate concern and pointed out a few areas of opportunity that could rear there heads in the near future. Overall very pleased.

Mr. Lee arrived promptly. He tested the circuit breaker box. He did determine the problem stemmed from my dryer. I was shown where end of cord burned. Mr. Lee replaced electrical outlet and even went out of his way to go to store and purchase parts for the dryer.. Service was excellent. I will definitely use his services again.

Prompt arrival; knowledgeable and informative; work peerformed in an efficient and timely manner with clean-up when job was complete. Excellent customer service. I plan to call Lee's for future work.

It was great. It was really easy to contact him. He replied right away. He was professional. He did a good job and cleaned up after himself.

C. Returned and repaired the discrepancies which were an electrical panel that was not installed correctly, installed two ceiling lights, rewired a couple of three wire switches and repaired a multiple wall socket. He arrived with an assistant and completed the task. Installing a new ground for a hot water heater and a ground for the faultily installed panel. He also contacted the Virginia beach office that was responsible for the inspection and certification

Matt was on time and did an excellent job. He suggested some things that should be done, but was not pushy about it. I will def. use him in the future and plan on having him replace the panel this summer. Matt was friendly and was not bothered by my endless questions.

He was very professional and knowledgeable about his trade. He went above and beyond the requirements of the Big Deal I'd purchased. I will most definitely use him again for any electrical problem I encounter, and he has my highest recommendation.
