Matt and his partner did an outstanding job of identifying all breakers on panel for older home. Very knowledgeable about electrical code, upgrading of older wiring systems and history of of electricity in general. Friendly and efficient, I would highly recommend Lee's Electrical Service!

The service worked very well for me. He came out pretty quick. He came in within a couple of days after I purchased the Big Deal and there were no additional charges to the $49 Big Deal purchase price. My hot tub works fine. He was very polite and knew what he was doing.

When the electrician was unable to make the appointment time he requested, I canceled the service. I wouldn't use them in the future, or recommend the service to others.

Matt is very nice, polite young man. Showed on time, patiently listened all concerns and did very detailed job. He went in the attic on very hot day and fixed faulty wiring and installed missing connection boxes. Highly recommend call him for service.

Provider responded promptly to my request for an appt. His availability was a few weeks out. But I know that's because his great Angie's list reviews are keeping his business up! He was on time and professional. He did the entire house inspection. I could not believe how fast he was. He fixed several issues for us, to include several outlets that weren't working. I would recommend him to others and hire him again if needed. I have paid way more for 2 men doing the same amount of work. I like that I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off:)

The technician was at my home for about two hours and did a very thorough inspection. He also installed an outside motion light and a replaced a dimmer switch with a new switch. He was on time, friendly and professional.

Service provider was incredibly communicative and professional, punctual and the end result is an improved electrical system in my 100 year old home.

Excellent work. Matt spent several hours placing the lighting just right and changing out burnt out lightbulbs. The lighting wasn't what I was expecting when I purchased the deal, but Matt explained the difference to me in detail during a site survey prior to commencing the work. He was attentive to my needs and worked with me to place the lighting in such a way as to accomplish what I wanted.

all the lights in my house now work. matt worked for one hour to get all the switches to work that was not properly functioning correctly.

Matt Lee arrived approximately 1900 in the evening to provide the service call. He asked me several questions concerning the actual fault condition and then began isolating the circuit for validity. He was able to define where the circuit started in the kitchen and which outlets it fully affected throughout the kitchen, however he was unable to ascertain which outlets fed downstream (it appeared to him that the inner wall besides the refrigerator was a primary feeder source. In order to ensure that he knew the wiring pathing, he chose to crawl under the house and map out the wiring as it came from the primary source to each one of the outlet feeds. He as able to detect current in each of the active feed lines and was able to isolate it down to a twin pair outlet set. Once out from under the house, (he took great care to clean the dirt and mud from himself and his shoes prior to entry into the home) he returned to the kitchen and opened the suspected outlet and discovered that one of the stab terminals had failed. He reviewed why stab terminal type outlets are the worst for home installation and replaced with a correct copper loop type. We had him replace the other stab terminal outlets in the same area of the kitchen at the same time. Excellent work, efficient and willing to explain in laymens terms what he was doing the whole time. The charge of 170.00 may seem excessive to some, just remember, he has to crawl under a crawlspace home for approximately 45 minutes tracing out wiring to isolate where the failure most likely lied. Would highly recommend him for you minor or major electrical needs. Bless him.

I put the order on September 1st, 2014 and Mr. Lee contacted me the same day and inspected the home that afternoon. The original job was for a 150 AMPs panel replacement but I wanted to upgrade. Mr. Lee was very professional and advised me that I didn't need to upgrade but I insisted. On the day of the job, he showed up on time and got to work immediately. He was very courteous and explained everything he was doing. He finished the work on time even though the weather wasn't the best and changes of equipment were needed. Even though the new panel was much larger he minimize the amount of damage to the dry way. Very honest and provides outstanding value. Extremely happy with his work.

Methodically checked for reason for loss of power. Found the reason, repaired and service restored. Matt was very professional, competent, and friendly. I highly recommend him for any electrical needs.

I was very satisfied with the service. The $50 I paid for the inspection was counted as credit against the repair cost. There were some minor delays from the scheduled time both for the inspection and repair, but both were sufficiently communicated. His initial estimate of the time and cost for the repair were right on. Upon reinspect by the original home inspector, no issues were identified. I can't think of anything he could have done better: He 1) accurately identified the problem, 2) estimated the time and cost to repair, 3) showed up to perform the repair work when scheduled, 4) charged exactly what he said he would charge. In the world of contracted home repair, that is exceptional performance, at least in my experience.

Inspection was done quickly, with a hand held meter which I could have used, Some outlets needed rewiring. I was informed that the process cold take up two hours, I was okay with that, but got discourage when the electrician could not figure out the wiring in the bathroom with a GFI plug that was wired to work, but did not work once the electrician rewired it. I felt he was staling for time for the obvious reasons. He even charged me for a GFI switch that was not wired correctly. The switch still does not work and half the outlets in the home are not working. He did not have switches on the truck which I had to go to the store to pick up. I was only offered one day and one time slot, because it was such a generous deal.

Matt was very professional and I would recommend his services. I would definitely use Lee's Quality Electric again.

I told Matt how another larger electric co. charged me $ 200. on a Sunday afternoon to replace one electric socket wiring. He told me his prices and they are much more reasonable. The work was done very timely and he's a talented nice gentleman. I've since referred him to a friend who was equally impressed with his excellent work and fair charge.

Matt was on time on the scheduled deal and accomodating with scheduling. He was very thorough, professional and explained the issues he found. We weren't able to set up something else until June due to our schedules, and when we contacted him about some electrical repairs they were responsive and scheduled quickly. This second time they were punctual as well. The cost for repairs was reasonable for what we were looking to get repaired. Very professional company, would definately recommend!
