Lee's Quality Electric LLC

Provider was a no show. Never contacted me after initial discussion on 9/19/2015. Suspect he may have had a backlog or personal issues. Difficulty may have been an outlier, but without contact I had no way of knowing. Hate to give an "F" but I don't know what else I can do. I am not totally opposed to using contractor if explanation provided.

Matt and his helper were prompt, courteous and did excellent work. All of the cables coming into the house had to be upgraded as well as a whole new circuit box installed and connected with whole-house surge protector. He did excellent work and finished in the two-day time span he stated. We only lost power for one day. We were very happy with his work and professionalism and would recommend him if you want quality work done.

Lee was very responsive to a quick needed inspection. Came out in the evening and completed the job. Very pleased with his willingness to assist and customer service.

They were able to come out two days after I contacted them. Arrived on time and installed a garbage disposal. They had to run to the store to get a part for the outlet but came right back and finished. Cleaned up after themselves as well. Would hire again.

Excellent and professional service; truly dependable! He installed a new circuit and split the devices on the first floor of the house. He also fixed a problem with an outlet in the master bathroom. This is the second time I have used Matt and I will again in the very near future. I would highly recommend him to my neighbors and friends.

The owner knew exactly what he was doing, even though there were a variety of tasks including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and construction. He was polite, fast. Answered all my questions clearly. Was a blessing for me and my to-do list. Will call on his services again, and recommend him very highly.

I never leave reviews, but I had to in this instance because Matt was simply phenomenal. He fit us in after hours and was incredibly accommodating. His knowledge and professionalism are top notch. We had a bad experience with another vendor and his service couldn't have been more appreciated. We will be spreading the good word on his business to others we know!!

Showed up exactly on time and got right to work. Quality of work was A plus . Cleaned up after. Will for sure be using them again. I highly recommend them.

Prior to making an appointment, i spoke to Matt and explained to him my problem of not getting any power to my outdoor AC condenser. He walked me through checking my breakers or anything simpler to avoid coming out flip a switch. However, that was not the case. He arrived onsite, punctual to the appointment set. I showed him the problem area. He inspected the A/C disconnect box and showed me what had gone wrong - which was a blown wire, due to bad install from another contractor, which prevented power to the condenser. He did not have a replacement A/C box, so he had to stop by the big box store down the street. He came back and quickly corrected the issue and i again had A/C working. He if a very nice, friendly guy. I will recommend and use him for any electrical needs in the future. Thanks again!

Matt provided excellent service. We had to change the original date of service due to a conflict for him but he gave plenty of notice and it was no problem for me. When he arrived, I explained what was needed and he got right to work. He took less time than I had thought it would be; he has obviously done a lot of similar jobs! He cleaned up when the job was done. He was most pleasant and patient. I would hire Lee's again without hesitation.

Matt provided an excellent and professional service and I will continue to use him for my future electrical needs. He was very detailed in his inspection, easy to understand, as he corrected several issues raised before and during the inspection. He replaced a GFI in the garage, a switch in the master bedroom, all three smoke detectors and placed a bubble cover on an outside deck outlet. I will schedule additional work with him in the very near future.

The work today involved removing the fixture from the ceiling and totally rewiring it because the chain and cord had been cut to fit the height I originally requested. This work was done quickly and professionally. Matt was pleasant, and easy to be with. He cleaned up after himself. I have told him Lee's Quality Electric will be my first choice for any future electrical needs.

Mr. Lee came to check on my kitchen light which was flickering. When he examined it he said it was badly damaged by using a bulb with too high wattage. (no, I didn't do it!) and said I'd have to replace the fixture. He kindly agreed to keep the ticket open while I ordered a new one. He also agreed to add a dining room fixture replacement. When the lights came he was able to make an appointment fairly quickly. He's patient. I asked him (after he was through hanging the kitchen light!) to raise it up about 4 inches. "No problem" was his reply. He is a professional, careful electrician. He does his work quickly and well. He is pleasant to talk too, and takes client changes of mind in stride and with humor. I have just hired him again because I've decided to lower that dining room lamp. He won't find that objectionable. He said sometimes he's indecisive too.

This is our second time using Lee's Quality Electric. We liked him so much after he did work for us last year that we called him again. Matt Lee is a very nice and experienced master electrician in Virginia Beach that services the Hampton Roads area. He is very nice, prompt and reasonable.I would use him again.

Great job. He made some recommendations and fixed some bad wiring that he discovered. Will definitely use them again.

Things with them was great and he suggested that I put on another switch on and the other problem I called him for he fixed it. He was quick, he was prompt and did what I needed. He was great and I would have him in the future if I need him too.

Ended up not using, but Angie's List keeps prompting me for a review. Communication was great but I ended up not needing the work.

Very good. Somewhat difficult work environment due to age of house. Required someone with experience in older homes and who had good problem solving skills without adding to the project cost. Completed work in two days and assisted in contacting required parties for inspection/certification.

Very professional, pleasant, efficient, thorough, reasonably priced.

He was very professional and gave me all the information on my system and recommendations.
