Description of Work: Good, attentive service, in addition to being very personable. This was a special for installing low-level landscape lighting, (four down lights and two "uplights" (spotlights). After consulting with Mr. Lee, the plan was to have the "uplights" shining on the front door, one on either side of the steps. The installation went well, including installing an outdoor electric outlet. These give just enough light to light the walkway, which is what we wanted. It is on a timer, and adjustable. Mr. Lee worked quickly and left everything clean and picked up. The only reason for the "B" for the price, is because this was a fixed price by Angie's List. I definitely would use Lee's Electric in the future!

Description of Work: I had had a spark happen when plugging in an appliance in my kitchen and the light had been flickering. The electrician arrived on time. He did a thorough check on the outlets in the kitchen and the light switches. He didn't find anything wrong, but suggested he replace the outlet that had sparked because it was old and the technology had improved. I agreed with that because I've had other problems with the wiring. In telling him some of these previous problems, I mentioned an outlet in another room which would only provide a current in the top socket. He moved furniture and checked and found it was faulty and replaced it. He moved the furniture back too. He was professional in all his work. He was easy to be with and talk to. I would strongly recomend Lee's Quality Electric to anyone needing electric service.

Description of Work: Matt replaced a security light that was improperly installed. He was very forthcoming in explaining the mistakes previously made and what he was doing to correct it. A pleasure to do business with him. |jb

Description of Work: Matt first came for the big deal inspection. He found several things that needed to be done. Some involved code and others I chose to have him do. He returned a few days later to complete them. Some of the things he did were to tighten loose outlets, install GFI protection, replace improper 20 amp bracket in panel, replaced outlet which only half of it worked, and corrected wiring in attic to water heater. He was timely, professional, and efficient in all he did. I highly recommend him.

Description of Work: Matt did the preliminary whole house evaluation and provided a list of projects that were required by local code and ones I just wanted to have done. Matt was thorough and brought to my attention code violations that I was unaware of when I bought the house as well as one I was aware of. We discussed the price and set up a time to have the work done. Matt and his assistant arrived on time on the day agreed upon and was finished ahead of his projected time. His cleanup was great and I am very pleased with his job. I have already discussed having more projects done. His rates are quite reasonable.

Description of Work: We purchased the whole house inspection with a credit for services, he was very professional and thorough! He discovered we had a bathroom outlet that had melted and actually had burnt the insulation! He was able to replace it the same day with a proper gfi outlet and the credit covered the cost. We look forward to working with him in the future to complete all of his recommendations. I would highly recommend this company!

Description of Work: We had an issue with a loss of power to the living room. They were able to respond quickly and located a bad switch.

Description of Work: First bought the whole home inspection for $49 which was actually just $49 toward the full price of the call which was another $35. During the call the technician found the problem to be a broken neutral in the panel. |The second call to replace the panel was $1200. They did a great job in one day and actually had to install a larger panel since the original was a non-standard size. Overall very happy with the service and would use again and recommend to others.

Description of Work: Lee's were courteous, professional, and friendly. Checking the electrical circuits in the house, they helped me correct a nagging problem that I had been living with for too long. I had no major problems, but would use Lee's for any future job.

Description of Work: I purchased the big deal for $49 with a $50 credit towards a repair. I scheduled the appointment for 9:00am. At 9:15 I called Mr Lee to inquire about his arrival. He apologized for his lateness and explained that he did not have my phone number to call. He eventually arrived at 9:30 and proceeded with his electrical audit. He found several things done by prior contractors that were not 100% correct and determined that my gfi outlets were not operating properly. I had a problem with a couple of light fixtures not working properly and he was able to determine the issue and resolve it. For the problem resolution he charged $85 but with the $50 credit, it came to $35 in addition to the $49 deal price. Overall I was pleased with the services provided.
