I contacted KONO and Elite Tree Service about grinding a rather large stump in my yard.. The other company never showed up, as was scheduled. KONO was here exactly when he said and gave me what I considered a more than fair estimate. Christian Thomas impressed me with his professionalism and friendly demeanor. I told him I was planning to get a second estimate and I would call him when I got it. When the other company failed to show up, or even call, I contacted Christian and agreed to go forward with the project at the estimated price. He started the job the very next day, on time as promised. The job was completed promptly and exceeded my expectations, and the cleanup was thorough. I would by happy to recommend KONO and Christian Thomas to my friends, family and whoever would need these services.
