custom cabinets
 + -1 moreInitial store contract was good. An appointment was made for them to measure and provide an estimate. From there it went down hill. The woman rescheduled several times, had my name wrong, and when she finally did show up appeared to not really know how to measure the kitchen, even made comments that it "confused her". after several more weeks I finally received a one line lump sum estimate that was no better than lowe's or home depot. The whole experience was very unprofessional

 + 2 moreThe whole experience was wonderful with Doug. We ended up not using him because we wanted a company to come out and take care of everything for us. His company would do the cabinets and countertops with some electrical work. When the general contract came by to give an estimate for the removal for the soffits and such, we never heard back from him.
Description of Work: We went to Kitchen and Bath to just look around and get an idea for our kitchen remodel. The Owner was extremely nice and very patient with us. We had him come out and look at our Kitchen for his idea of our remodel. He came up with a great ideal but in the end it just wasn't for us.

 + 0 moreDoug was great. Very attentive to our needs and extremely knowledgeable. We decided to go with a major renovation requiring major construction. That contractor had it's own cabinet department. We wish we could have used Doug, he knew what he was doing.

 + -1 moreThey were not that responsive and they did not return calls even when we called and told them we were interested in purchasing cabinets from them. I will say they were always on time when they said they were going to come out but it took more then a month for the cabinets to arrive due to an ordering problem.
Description of Work: Kitchen and Bath Ideas replaced 7 kitchen cabinets and did color matching. It took a month to complete.
