I had the worst experience ever dealing with this business. I ordered a key fob for my vehicle and they promised to get it in 3-4 days and call me back. The store charged me for the whole amount of the key with cutting and programing the fob in advance. I called after a week, when I didn't hear back from them, to learn that the person who do this type of keys is sick. I went to the store, a few days later, to find that the person who do the key is back, but unfortunately, the key didn't arrive. They become very rude when I asked for a refund and refused to issue a refund till the return is approved by the manager. I called back the same day to talk to the manager with no luck. I just spoke to the same person who kept running me around and informed me that he just received the key and I can come after the weekend for installation. That was a lie because it was a holiday with no delivery of any kind. I am sure that they had received the key earlier but they got overwhelmed and couldn't handle their business. It was a long 2 weeks of aggravation and frustration for buying simple key which I could have got it at Low's in 15 minutes with half the price. I will never go back or recommend their service to anyone I know.

I had a very good experience. Brett was friendly and helpful. He fixed the key so it would work in the lock. I highly recommend Key West lock & Safe and would without hesitation go to them for any keys and locks I needed.

He was very prompt and reasonable. He was thorough and quick. I called them on a Monday and Tuesday bright-and-early they were there. The gentleman came out and probably about an hour, hour-and-half, changed all my locks, gave me my keys, did what we needed. It was a very reasonable price. He didn’t try to show me anything I didn’t want. And I haven’t had a problem since. I needed something that had a little more experience and a store front and that’s why I went with KeyWest.

In addition to being the only locksmith I could find with a shop, Keywest recut the keys that were already purchased and cut. After the recut they worked fine. For $2.00, the service is unbeatable.

I was very impressed by the young man who came to fix my locks. He was very professional. I highly recommend Key West.

. Call Key Lock and Safe in late July 2011. - Brandon responded and had found that the lock could not be "pick" so he had to work on the door and frame in order to open said door to get to the lock. This took a good 30 plus minutes to do. Once he was able to remove the lock set he found a broken part inside same. My option was to completely replace said lock system (at a large cost - the amount of which I do not remember) or he thought he could take said lock system back to the shop and order said part. He also said that if he could order same it may take a couple or weeks. Sure enough in approx. two weeks he called with the replacement part, completed repairs in shop and made an appointment to come out to reinstall lock, and make necessary adjustments to metal door frame. On appointed day he arrived, made repairs, and adjustments, left job site clean, all done with the best attitude that I have experenced in many a day. I assure you that Key West Lock and Safe is on my list for any future
