3 weeks have passed since dropping my son's gaming tower off. Paid via PayPal. Now the phone is disconnected and no one will get me Aaron's information.

Trouble experience! On Christmas Day I placed the order online to have two TV’s mounted on the wall. The online system allowed me to schedule an appointment for December 26th. On the morning of the 26th I received a call from a Kaboom Tech representative who said a glitch in the system scheduled the appointment on a day they were closed. The appointment was rescheduled to December 29th. The morning of December 29th the same representative called and said he had a family emergency and asked if I would be willing to reschedule again. I agreed and a new appointment was set for January 4th. The morning of January 4th Kaboom Tech called and said they would have to cancel again do to an unforeseen problem. I was asked to reschedule for a third time. I declined. This company is very unreliable. I would look elsewhere for service.

I hired these guys to mo unt 3 tvs. I wa pleased with the mounts in the bedrooms but not so pleased with the mounting job in my living area. They advised me that over time the tv could result in the bricks loosening over the fireplace. I was told it was ok to talk it over with my husband before completing. I was told no extra service charges would be applied if they returned in 30days. So after talking with my husband I wanted to continue to mount tv. Well I reached out and was given a date they could come saying we would be last appt for the day. Then they called and said they were stuck in Williamsburg and wanted to reschedule. The next time they came they were delayed again and asked me did I still want them to come. I said yes. I was told it would take about 30mins to mount but it took much longer. Then I was told they disconnected my cable service from my tv and couldn't reconnect due to pre-wiring and not enough slack in HDMI cord. So I was told they would supply cord but wculd not hook my cable backup before leaving. Then I asked what was I supposed to do and I was told well you have a smart tv so should be able look at that. At that time I lost all respect for this company and would not recommend or use again. Such a bad example of customer service. And they also still charged a service fee after stating they wouldn't so I was also disappointed in the dishonesty .

Kaboom Tech is fantastic! 5 stars would be appropriate for these great guys. They initially came to my house and then followed up with a remote connection. They were pleasant, professional, highly skilled, and did a great job of explaining things to me. They set up my 5 email accounts to work with my smart phone including multiple contacts and calendars merged into something I can actually understand and use with ease. I will definitely trust them to solve any problems I encounter in the future. This is far better than dealing with well-intentioned relatives.

It was excellent, they were on time, knowledgeable, they gave me options, friendly and over all I'm happy with the service.

Prompt and Efficient. they also did some work on the thermostat for our AC System. He connected the AC system and lights with Alexa remote control system for your fiancee. Pricing was fair. I ahve been using them for 2 years, I have been happy with their service and because of working with them, they had some worked on the condominiums for some technical services.

It was perfect. So professional and patient. Highly recommend.

The service was amazing, super friendly, I could call them anytime so they are just really great and they take care of everything. Their price is the most economical for the service they provided. They are very easy to talk to, they understood that I am not a tech savvy and they are really patient with older people.
