+ -1 moreThe ladies were pleasant. The woman who did my nails knew what she was doing, but she seemed to be in a rush. She told me that after two or three minutes under the UV lights that my nails were absolutely dry and I could go. I went on my way only to find out that within the hour my thumb and index finger nails had and quot;crumpledand quot; and clearly did not look like I had just had my nails done. I went back two days later to have them and quot;fixedand quot;. This was done by another of the employees, who seemed a little put out to be doing and quot;freeand quot; work. Again, this was a rush job. Overall, I was unsatisfied with my nails and had them done again, within a week, at a more familiar and regularly used nail salon.
Description of Work: I went in for a fill on acrylic nails, followed by pink and white treatment.

+ -1 moreI called to make an appointment just to be sure I got in and out in a timely fashion. Got there at my scheduled time and sat down right away. I received very good service from start to finish. I had two different providers, one for toes and another for nails. They were both very friendly and professional. The best part was the price! You can't beat it!

+ -1 moreI was served very quickly in spite of not having an appointment. The fill, polish and drying time took about an hour.
Description of Work: I've been a loyal patron of KP Nails for about 10 years and have nothing but good things to say. I have acrylic nails which I maintain about every 2-3 weeks; because of an erratic work schedule I don't make appointments. I've never had to wait an exceptional length of time even when the salon is busy. I have been to other nail salons in the area and have yet to find one that provides the consistently high quality work that this one does. During my last visit I had an acrylic fill and did not require any repairs or additonal services; the cost was $15, which I find very reasonable. I often choose an airbrush finish, which is an extra $5, but still seems reasonable to me. I do have pedicures done throughout sandal season and those have always been done well. The salon is kept clean and the staff there are long-time employees who have established clientele. I've been one of Tom's clients for several years and am very pleased with the services he provides.

+ -1 moreMy most recent visit involved taking off old acrylic and getting a new set put on. Tom did it with almost no discomfort and it didn't take long; the nails look great. I did not get a pedi this time but they did file and changed the polish on my feet for about $8...well worth it to me.
Description of Work: I've been going to this salon for about 8 years. I get acrylic fills with airbrush French finish; Tom does an excellent job and the polish will last me a full two weeks. I rarely have broken nails or lifting and have never had any kind of infection or injury. The pedicures are good as well but I get them only 5-6 times a year; nice modern chairs with massage; Cindy or Tre are great at pedicures. They have a full range of OPI polish available. I have an unpredictable schedule, so I am always a walk-in, but have never had to wait more than 15-20 minutes. I've had nail service for the past 20 years and this is a good salon - I am always pleased with the services I get there.

+ 0 moreIt's very modern and very nice. They do an excellent job. Anything I want to do, I can get it done. I have problem with my feet and Cindy cuts my nails where they are in- grown. It is just fantastic. There is one particular girl, Cindy, I go to as she spends time on my feet because I have problems with my toe nails. That's the main thing that keeps me going back. They all are good there.
