Very professional company! The employees were very courteous and worked hard. The site was always buzzing with 6-8 employees on the job. As in Scott's words they are here for a REASON, not a SEASON! Project finished in ten days as promised. If they saw something that they didn't like the looks of they took it down and did it again. The work site was cleaned up daily. Scott has an eye for design and made some suggestions to make the project look better. We appreciate his hard work, dedication to detail and we love our new look on our 1980's house! I would absolutely recommend K & B Construction for any kind of remodel or building new.

K & B Construction started the job on time and with a full crew. We were very impressed with the quality of work both in the product and workmanship! The crew was very friendly and professional and would highly recommend this company in the future!

Scott is a man of his word, and was personally involved with the project. He independently made recommendations for improvement, he provided all requested warranty work without question. For example, when he was doing the siding someone mentioned one of the steps was seperating, and even though it was out of warranty, he fixed it anyway - I think highly of these guys.

K & B performed splendidly. The owner, Scott Dickey, quoted a fair price and stuck to it. There were no hidden costs. He saw to it that the job was done on time and on budget. Unlike many contractors, Scott obtained all the final inspection certificates from the city. Without them, we would be unable to sell the house. Typically, the homeowner finds out about missing inspection certificates years after the completion of the work. K & B's crews were always polite, on time, and businesslike. They paid attention to detail. They cleaned up after every phase of construction. The foreman, George Henderson, often appeared at my home at the end of the day, after working on other projects, and saw to it that the day's work at my home was done properly. He personally finished out the final punch list. I can only say that this was a job well done. My comments are similar for the work that K & B did in 2012. Here is one story to illustrate: On November 21st, Thanksgiving eve, after our many guests had arrived for a family reunion, the outdoor gas log fire set ceased working. After I made an afternoon call to K & B's office, George Henderson appeared. Although not familiar with gas log sets, and lacking written instructions, he called the manufacturer to discover the cause of the problem. He went to a store, personally paid for materials needed, and installed them, all the while surrounded by family members who were giving him plentiful but unneeded advice. I told him that he was worth his weight in gold. I would heartily recommend K & B Construction Inc. to anyone. You simply can't go wrong with Scott Dickey doing the job.

We were so happy with Scott and his crews. It was important to us to have as little disruption as possible. The work was scheduled very well with each trade coordinating with the other to expedite the remodel. The workmanship was top quality. We are very pleased and would recommend K&B for a quality remodel at an excellent price.

Did a good job but one of the pickets on the railings was planed down on the corner so it is not square like the others. I did not notice this until after the work was completed and paid for.

Part of my house was built in 1942 but an addition was built in 2007 which is where the steps and tile work was done. Let me start by saying my realtor is the one who set them up. Not only did the work take a month to be completed. They did not complete the work to my satisfaction. The drywall was fine but the tile work completed is awful. Not only did the cut up my hardwood floor around it, they refused to fix the wood they messed up and refused to fill in the gap where the tile meets the hardwood floor. I am not satisfied and will be handling the repairs myself for now on because I feel they took advantage of me because I am very young and it is my first home. There was some plumbing done that I did like but that was from a company they hired. The most upsetting part is I had another company I wanted to work with who was a class c contractor and was charging only 6700, with all new appliances.

Contractor within the constraints of bad weather performed all work in excellent manner. As change orders were made be adjusted work accordingly in a timely manner.

They did a very good job on the siding our home. It took them between a week to 10 days to do the whole job. They did a really good job of cleaning up after themselves. The crew seemed knowledgeable and professional. They always came as scheduled and the quality of product was excellent.
