Great company to work with! We needed help to reactivate our sprinkler system as we were new to the house. Tim quickly organized for a team to come out and check our system. Sean and Anthony did a great job, were knowledgable, helpful and friendly, talking us through the system and how it works,etc. We will definitely use Johnstons' again and have already started talking with them about our next project.

The guys they sent to fix our sprinkler system were knowledgable and fixed the problem. They even went to my neighbor and fixed a problem he was having with his. Nice guys

I would use this co. again, They were very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and very reasonable w/ fee. I didn't have to wait but a few days for service. Definitely rate 5 stars

The owner was professional and willing to spend time to discuss his opinion on the project. What he said he would do was not accomplished by his workers. The owner departed the job site and the workers did what they felt needed to be done. One of the directions to the lead worker from the owner was to align the well pump to the outlet pipe. That was not done, instead the lead worker used many right pipe angles to finish the job. This caused elevated water noise. The owner ignored my request to inspect the finished job. The owner ignored my emails with photos. Owner is professional in project discussion but leaves a lot to be desired to ensure job is accomplished the way he says.

He solved, repaired, replaced, and got my present system running and functioning for the season within 24 hrs!!! I could not recommend ANYONE with this level of care, service, and concern for his clients. This company is Top Notch in my book and will refer everyone I know. Fantastic Job Tim!!!

If you want someone that is down to earth and makes it almost seem as if a good friend came over and took care of things for you. For the amount of work and quality that was done, Johnston's is well worth it. Outstanding job!

Superb service. Timely and courteous technicians. Answered all inquiries, took time to explain work being accomplished and trouble shooting techniques, if required, in the future. Most highly recommended.

Replaced well pump, tank. check valve. No wasted time as all required parts were in the truck. Fast and efficient. Mr Johnston came to the job site as the project was finished to verify my satisfaction. Highly recommended.
