Called for a water pump repair. Recieved a call back almost immediately with a quick response date even though it was a very busy time of the year. Went to work right away and quickly fixed the problem. Highly recommend these guys and their company. Would recommend them to anyone with an irrigation issue or installing a new system.

I hired this company back in the spring and they came out and worked on my pump. After multiple conversations with the lead man (he was working on my neighbors system, NOT mine after I referred him) and the office. The helper replaced the pressure control switch. It took about an hour to fine tune it and it worked ok up until about a month ago when it totally stopped working. At that point, I called the shop and left a message with my name, address & phone numberS and to please call me back! NOT a word. About two weeks ago, on a Wednesday or Thursday, I called again and Tim Shawn (sic), the owner, called me back. I explained the problem and we made an appointment for 8:30 Saturday morning! Did YOU see him? Neither did I. NOT a phone call, apology, NOTHING!!! When I was in business, I NEVER treated a customer like this! Shameful Tim, SHAMEFUL!!!

From start to finish took two days just as they said. The owner was involved all the way and the two men working with him were as professional as he was. I would definitely recommend them.
