He it only explained the difference between locks at our house, he dealt with two crazy people (just moved in) and two large curious dogs. I would recommend him to anyone. Good guy. 10/10 would hire again.

 + -1 moreJohnny did a great job. He came within an hour of the time I called. He was up front with his cost estimate and professional in his work and accomplished all that I asked him to do. He answered all of my questions. He was also very courteous and friendly and honest. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Side exterior door to the garage would not open. The door knob would turn but the door would not open. I needed the door opened and the lock replaced. He opened the door within a minute and then changed out the door knob and dead bolt, using locks I had already purchased. I also had him change the lock in the front door so the key fit in with the jagged side up.

 + -1 more$100.00 when I was told that the pricing was, "$35 service fee and then charged by the minute"." When the technician arrived he said it would be about $60. It took him 5 minutes to saw off the lock. I dont know why he did not just open the lock as I asked. He showed me his smart phone which said $65 and I signed. I then got a reciept for $100 from Square. I called and was offered no solution three times from "management". TOTAL RIP OFF! DONT USE THESE GUYS. ROVING BANDITS. CAUTION!!!!
