Description of Work: We hired John to rebuild our inground pool. New liner, new plumbing & electrical, new concrete etc. Basically a new pool using the existing hole in the ground. The beginning of the install went fine. However there was a small tile repair job that he didn't finish and still remains unfinished 2 years later!! In addition we noticed the new liner faded within the first few months after the install & we were losing water at a rate that indicated a leak somewhere. We contacted John and he said he would have his "service" man contact us. A year and a half later nothing has changed. Liner is still faded and the pool still leaks. I would never use them again.

+ -1 moreJohn was at our house for approximately 20 minutes. Within the first two minutes or so I decided John was not going to do my pool because I felt he would be extremely difficult to work with. His body language and demeanor screamed bad things to come at me if we decided to sign a contract with John. We didn't do that.
Description of Work: We were looking to get an estimate for an inground pool. John came over at about the specified time. We talked for a few minutes about dimensions and he went out to measure the space. He came back in the house, sat down and wrote out his fee for services and said "That's my price." I asked him if he gave discounts for various options and he said no. Then he sat back in the chair and folded his arms across his chest.

+ -1 moreI really enjoy the work that they did on my pool. The way that it was assembled and the foundation that they did was great. I haven't had any problems with our pool at all. I was able to look at a variety of pools and choose the right one for me.
Description of Work: They installed a 36 foot X 16 foot vinyl pool with a concrete foundation.
