JES Foundation Repair

This company is the epitome of excellence. I hired JES to install engineered push piers for our slab. Prior to the work being done our entire upstairs would squeak, no matter how softly you’d step. After they completed, the squeaky floor subsided by 80/90%! Which is so amazing, and I didn’t even think it would fix as much as it did. We also had them use polyurethane foam to stabilize additional areas of our slab and driveway! The driveway wasn’t bad, but there’s a noticeable improvement. Where me and my husband were really impressed was by the production crew. They were extremely buttoned up, timely, and extremely considerate. They even managed to allow my kids to nap without disturbing them! How they did that is beyond me. When they got up though, they started the “jacking” process. My oldest son (6) and I were giggling at the noises it made, and the crew laughed along with him. The crew leaders- Greg Shock and Luis Carranza communicated through every step of the process and insured that we were 100% satisfied with the project prior to even asking for a final payment. That alone made me feel secure about my decision to have JES do this work. When it comes to home services, this company is truly a class act and a clear level above other companies in their field. They offer full solutions without adding on a ton of extras to pad the cost. I was informed of the importance of drainage around our slab, and it was explained to me with such grace and patience. I am not well versed in this field ha! Not only was excellent work done, but it is also warrantied for life! JES will be the only contractor I call going forward for my foundation needs. I mean that honestly!

Taylor Jeffries came out last year to inspect my crawlspace. He was very thorough and ultimately recommended a full encapsulation and drainage. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and the crew that installed the work was fabulous. My HVAC bill went down, my allergies have subsided, and I feel safer that my wood is not going to decay from moisture problems.

The service workers were amazing - the technical parts, as far as changes to my work order and electrical repairs were unsatisfactory.

We recently purchased a home last May. As we settled into the home we received a notice that JES wants to schedule a time to service the jacks the previous owners installed. I was so excited as I was planning on calling them to assess the property for structural issues. Mr. Chris Barefoot came out and got right to work looking over the house and adjusting the current jacks. Then we sat down with him and went over the issues I was concerned with. He expertly walked me through the concerns and developed several courses of action for us to take. Once we decided on a plan the following week we had the crews out. The install team was outstanding. Mr Paul, Mr Yasser and Mr Thomas J were a pleasure to work with. Professional, confident, experienced and admirable drive to help us and get us taken care of. This team was like a well oiled machine. Walked me through everything and respected us and the property like it was their own home. That’s hard to find and these guys have my respect as well. JES is the only company I trust with my home, especially something serious like structural integrity. To all at JES, Chris and the installation professionals I thank you!!

Larry, James and LLoyd did a great job encapsulated our crawlspace. They informed us of the work they were doing daily. Everything was cleaned up before they leave. Highly recommend of their service.

The team of Michael, Darnell and Tony did an excellent job. I was really impressed with how Michael, the lead person, notified me of when they would arrive ( over 3 days of work) and kept me informed of the job’s progress. Michael represented JES very well with his professionalism. I highly recommend JES for their work.

The work was great. The team was professional and efficient. They approximated the job to take 3 days and it took half that. Neri Belton, Diamdred Williams, and Tomas Philips were polite and clean and we can’t see how the work will stand over time.

JES crew was VERY professional! The team was very informative, responsive and polite. They cleaned up after themselves. They definitely strive for 100% satisfaction. Both fees that did the brick work above our side door and our crawlspace as well as the electricians were extremely knowledgeable in what they do and very personable too. Very professional and friendly. Never stopped working except for their lunch break. While under the house, they noticed a leaking drain line. The mechanic photographed it and showed me the picture. If not for his effort, I would not have known about it.

The floor jacks were installed without any problems. The JES crew was excellent. They were very professional completed the work as scheduled. The installation included four concrete footers, which had to be dug out beneath the crawl space encapsulation. Once completed, there was no indication that the encapsulation was ever touched!!

Awesome experience. From the estimating through to final service. Everyone was on time, communicated and they finished on time/on budget. Highly, highly recommend. If you pay cash and do not finance the price is reasonable.

The work was completed beyond my expectations. I was very pleased. The crew/technicians (Tyler and Ian) were on time and very professional. Upon arrival they reiterated what they were going to do. The sales representative, Mr Cuffee’s presentation was the selling point. He ensured I fully understood what would be done. The team in my opinion, is a reflection of all JES professionals. Everything was fine but the vent around the house are very light in weight the wind is blowing the vent out of the slots. Can we find a way to keep them in.

Wonderfully! I would recommend JES for any repair!! Everyone from the inspectors to the gentlemen that did the actual work was extremely nice, professional but very approachable. From what one of our city inspectors said the price was more than fair! Nothing was left out of place or dirty. We are extremely satisfied with the work preformed by JES and their employees! I would recommend this company hands down, anytime!!
