Description of Work: Outside A/C unit was hit by lighting. Jennies was there the next day. He located me a new unit and had it up and running one daylater. The rep was polite, courteous and cared about getting my A/C working as soon as possible. Have used Jennies numerous times and have always been pleased with their work.

+ -1 moreSam arrived the same day I called for an estimate. He was polite and careful during this process. He listened to my concerns and made helpful suggestions. His bid was fair and honest and from the moment they arrived to install my HVAC they worked carefully and neatly. They even devised a way for me to change my filter easily ( it had been almost impossible) without my even asking. They left the area neater and cleaner than when they arrived. Great job!
Description of Work: We hired this company to replace our air conditioning coil and furnace. The service technician, Sam, was most polite, helpful, prompt, careful, and knowledgeable. I have found a company that does exactly what they say they will do (and more) for a fair price!

+ -1 moreJennies Heating & Cooling did a great job installing the unit properly and made sure everything was working correctly. The new system has been wonderful, and they gave me a good warranty on the unit. I was most impressed with how polite they were and that they did an excellent job. They hauled away the old unit as well.
