It went great. The whole process took about 4 weeks because they installed the flooring and then let it sit for three weeks before the finishing work. They were here when they said they would be, did what they said they would, and finished on time at the quoted price. They did a very nice job, and their employees were very careful with our house, sealing off the rest of the house while sanding and finishing in the living room. We were completely satisfied with the work, and the owner came out several times to make sure it was being done properly.

They did an amazing job. Our floors look great. Mr. Shaffer was able to come out for an estimate very quickly and schedule the job for just a few days out, which was perfect. When one of his workers could not show up on the scheduled day of refinishing, he personally came and sanded our floors for us. They previously had carpet over them but you wouldn't know it because he repaired the holes from the tacking and staples so well. The floors really look better than they would in a new house. We were also having some new carpet put in in our adjoining rooms so Mr. Shaffer did not put the transition strips in after the job because he didnt want the carpet people to mess them up. He came back after the carpet was put in to install the transition strips himself. We thought that was very nice of him to do. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to refinish their floors. They do a great job and have reasonable prices. They are also very responsive and professional. I was happy to hand over $1500+ for what we got.

Excellent job. They did everything as expected. Showed up when they said they would, work was completed when expected, everything was cleaned up and left in same condition as before they got there. I would definitely use them again.

The quality of the work and price were above average but things went downhill from there. The two workmen ate my food, used my tools, broke a window and made long distance calls on my phone, all without permission. Other possible things happened but are not substantiated. I canceled the contract after completion of four rooms, leaving two undone, because I no longer felt comfortable with them in my home.

They did a good job.

Our floors look great. There is hardly any noise when I walk across our flooring. They are not warped at all. The crew that did all of our flooring did a very nice job of cleaning up every night before they went home. I am not sure what the price was, as my husband isn't here to tell me what it was.
