It was a full rip out, redesign Master bath. Everything was beautiful. A lot of attention to detail. Not super fast, but installed according to plans and aesthetics. Not the cheapest quote but not the most expensive.

Val displayed excellent service. His work was excellent and we were very impressed with his work. I would highly recommend him. 👌

We are very happy with the work done by Val Little of Irish Accents & Renovations. Val has done a few other projects for us, but this was by far the most complex. Val served as the general contractor, and coordinated with a wide range of others to completely redo our kitchen. In addition, Val did some of the detail work himself, including tile and trim, which pull everything together into a well-balanced, attractive, and wonderfully functional modern kitchen. We plan to use Val again for our next remodeling project!

Irish Accents went above and beyond to make sure my new kitchen was everything I wanted it to be, and more! I can't say enough about how much they care about their job, and it truly shows in their craftmanship! Will 100% refer my friends and family for any work they may need in the future!

We had a sudden leak from our master bathroom through the subfloor and into our kitchen. It became evident very quickly that our entire bathroom would have to be gutted. The team that our insurance company contracted out would not be able to start the job for 5 months. Val came highly recommended from a close friend and he saved the day. He was there every step of the way, from helping with design ideas to tile selection. The was thorough, professional, and patient with a couple of relative-novices with a home remodel. If we ever have any future issues with our home, Val will be the one we call. Cannot recommend him highly enough!

Val is wonderful...he did exactly what I asked after answering all my questions. He has done work for us at another house and we were equally pleased. Val came out quickly to give me an estimate and again to make sure everything was ready before he started the work. Our backsplash is beautiful and he left our kitchen immaculate. He communicates well and frequently as to when to expect him. We would use him again in a heartbeat and would recommend him to anyone!

Val did a great job repairing my damaged ceiling, and I will 100% be using his services again in the future, and you should do the same!!!!

Val did an amazing job! Our kitchen design was different and I wanted some custom things done like appliance garages and a coffee bar, Val went above and beyond to make them beautiful. He was always on time and at our house when he said he would be, staying late to finish things up some nights. I would definitely recommend Irish Accents and Renovations to friends and family!

Another fantastic job by Irish Accents. Needed a small bathroom mini renovation and as usual Val came through and it looks beautiful and did it in exactly on time as scheduled. On to the next project.

This was the third time we have hired Val from Irish Accents and Renovations. The first time we hired Val was for a master bath downstairs, this time he did a renovation of one of our upstairs baths. He was originally recommended to us by friends at work. When we hired him the first time, we did our due diligence: got multiple reviews, checked references, etc. Now he is our go to guy for work. He is versatile, has an eye for detail and has high standards for his work. He is personable, responsive and welcomes discussion and collaboration. With this remodel, he demo'd the tile floor, portions of drywall and wainscoting and removed the vanity and fixtures. He opened a wall to inspect the plumbing, and removed the entry door. He installed a new tile floor over a waterproof underlayment (Schluter system), installed a new vanity, wainscoting and trim and reinstalled fixtures. Additionally he installed a new pocket door to ease entry to the bathroom. This required a consult with a structural engineer and at his direction the construction of a box header in the attic above the door, which Val completed without difficulty. He also completed some electrical work required by the pocket door and installed a new outlet, replaced the bathroom vent fan, installed new exhaust vent piping and painted the entire room, including ceiling. He is honest and provides cost estimates based on labor and advises on finishes while keeping your costs in mind. As I mentioned, this is the third time we have hired Val. At our recommendation he also did a major renovation of our neighbors master bath. Finally, Val is on site and does much if not all of the work himself. Val will be our first and only call when we consider future projects.

Irish Accents & Renovations lived up to their name. Val Little the owner met with me and we discussed the project. He had great ideas and saved me loads of money. I received 4 bids for the project and his wasn’t the lowest but not the highest. Val just puts off a great vibe and was easy to talk to and in my opinion that’s half the battle. I love my kitchen and master bathroom. I am hoping to have my other bathroom done as well! Run don’t walk to get inline for Irish Accents. You won’t be disappointed!

Val was great! We are excited to have our new cabinets in our kitchen. We have been spending all morning rearranging how all our plates, glasses, pans, etc will go.

We have moved a lot with my husbands career. We have lived in many different houses and hired many contractors over the years. Val Little was the BEST! He is extremely professional; paying great attention to detail in everything he does. Val was always here when he said he would be here. He guided me thru every step of our project and was always a pleasure to work with! We will use Val again and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to remodel or renovate their home. Val (the owner) was absolutely great. He was very responsive, and easy to work with. He was able to recommend reliable and solid subcontractors for electrical and plumbing, but gave us the freedom to choose the people we were comfortable with. He ran all the permits and coordinated the timing of everything. We are so pleased with the quality of his work (I've never seen tile laid so perfectly). The biggest thing we can say about Val is that is he reliable, builds it like it's his own, was patient with us and is honest. We're definitely recommending him to anyone who mentions they need work done, and will use him for our next big project.

Val did absolutely incredible work upgrading a tricky corner shower in my house. He was patient and very helpful in selecting a design that would complement the rest of the bathroom. The finished product is flawless. Val is an expert.

Val and company were such a pleasure to work with. They provided valuable input into my remodeling projects and performed quality work. The stone fireplace wall transformed my living room and the suggestion to put a storage cabinet where the tv alcove was provided great storage space. We couldn't be happier with the guest/2nd bathroom remodel. My daughter uses it everyday. The also tiled the floor of the first floor 1/2 bath. The cost for all three projects up front was reasonable and the additional change orders were too. I highly recommend this company.

Val and company were amazing; I'd highly recommend them! After striking out with multiple other contractors that couldn't or wouldn't do the work (fix and remodel a shower), Irish Accents took it on. They clearly explained their plan and timeline, did exceptional work, and were great throughout the entire process. I'd highly recommend them for any project around the house!

We had Irish Accents & Renovations do two jobs this time, after a master bathroom remodel a couple of years ago that we were very pleased with. Val Little and his team are very attentive to the important details that make the projects successful, and we wanted to continue that success in these two new renovations. The upstairs bathroom was the more straightforward of the two, which included the demolition of the prior bathroom - removal of old cast iron tub, toilet, vanity, and 1970s-era bulkheads - and installation of modern tub, vanity, fixtures, and vanity, as well as tiling of the floor and tub area. The work was beautifully done, and Val returned multiple times to make sure the final details were done well and that we were satisfied. The remodeling of the family room was more of an evolutionary process, as we decided over time exactly how to configure the room with manufactured exposed hardwood beams, door and window trim, and crown and baseboard moulding. Val patiently worked with us we found and ordered all of the wood, including the manufactured beams. As we stained and finished the wood, Val figured out how to install everything, acquiring the required tooling and detaining the plans. We were looking for a mission style look, and we're very happy with the result. Beautiful work!

We recently used Val to complete a major bathroom renovation prompted by a second floor shower leak. He was great with communication - keeping us appraised of the progress and next steps. His team took our master bathroom down to the studs and redid everything from flooring up to ceiling (removing popcorn!). Our new design of the bathroom involved rerouting a lot of plumbing and electrical, not to mention the removal and replacement of a different sized window and the interior and exterior repairs to accommodate that. Along the way he was sure to give us his thoughts on design or make recommendations of things we hadn't thought of but was quick to accommodate our desires. I highly recommend Val - and his method of having the customer buy the "things you see" really helped us get the look and feel we wanted. Will be calling him again when we are ready for our kitchen redo!
