Went very well. Owner came by beforehand to personally inspect garage site as well as to get an idea of what job would encompass. Instructor two employees of the company of what the job entailed and they came several days later to start work which only took several hours a piece. One employee tackled the 220 cable install job carefully hiding wiring and installed 220 charging unit. Made a recommendation to hardware charging unit instead of inserting into wall receptacle which I agreed. Meanwhile other employee removed 3 old halogen motion dectecting floodlights from outside house eaves and replaced with energy efficient LED motion detecting floodlight units. Made a recommendation to slightly move one unit to get better coverage of yard which I agreed. Both employees worked fast, professionally, and cleaned up any debris caused by their work. 2 employees worked separatey 4 hours apiece that day.

IPC sent out Jason to diagnose and fix my wiring. He did a great job, was prompt, polite and professional. I will use this company's services again.

Work was done professionally. Except for a 2 day delay in the start, which was because of forecast rain (and notified 2 days in advance), workers were on time each day through job completion. Job site was meticulously cleaned at the end of each day. Workers were courteous and responsive to all requests. Top quality work.

The two technicians were very polite and definitely knew what they were doing. They worked diligently all day, not taking any breaks, except for a short lunch.

The skilled members of the IPC team were fantastic. They were attentive, professional, courteous and consulted me whenever they needed clarification about a particular detail. They showed up early each morning with their matching IPC t-shirts, politely declined my numerous offers to get food/coffee/drinks, and always thoroughly cleaned up their space before they left for the day. Electricians Richard and Justin did a beautiful job of updating all of the lighting in my kitchen, to include under and over cabinet lighting, recessed lighting, and pendant lighting. They consulted me whenever there was any question about where exactly to hang a pendant, ensuring I was 100% happy with the final product. The team also leveled my house's 95 year old crooked floor, ensuring my new cabinetry was completely level once installed by Doug and Sebastian. Sebastian perfectly installed my new Restoration Hardware cabinetry hardware. Frank and Doug installed white subway tile on three of the 4 walls in my kitchen; this tile is spectacular and meticulously aligned with the center of my island and the pendant lighting that hangs overhead. My exterior door, which no longer closed properly, was replaced by a beautiful solid wood paneled door that complements the existing 5 panel doors throughout my home. In addition, Steve was able to rework two old five-panel doors into a pocket door for my new pantry and a swinging, saloon-styie door into my laundry room. The team replaced and relocated one of my kitchen windows, ensuring the exterior of my house maintained its cohesive look with the existing siding, and Steve created new trim work around the window (including a deep window-sill) that perfectly matches the trim work around the other windows in my house. Wayne finished off the room with Benjamin Moore Revere Pewter paint on the walls, White Dove on the trim work, and black on the exterior door. Scott Sanders and his crew, including Steve, Richard, Doug, Wayne, Frank, Justin and Sebastian, have been a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a renovation. They know how to work in older homes and recreate spaces into something modern yet appropriate and complementary to the period of the house. They were exceptionally well organized and communicated well with me and any sub-contractors throughout this process. IPC's professionalism, attention to detail, and skill set them apart.

He also gave us a great quote for a kitchen remodel but we are holding off at this time. They are very polite, efficient, and they were exceptional.

We contracted for a new patio door from Pella. Their installer found significant subfloor damage which required repair. IPC came quickly, repaired the damage and completed the installation. We were so happy with their work, we hired them to do additional projects (ceramic tile, drywall repair, painting). It was a pleasure to have the IPC crew in my home.
