Terrible company! I’m a construction inspector so I know that my system is not working, I just needed my home warranty company to verify for repairs. These people DO NOT know how to diagnose a system. I had to tell them what was wrong. My thermostat is not working and they told me that they would not fix it OR put in the claim to my warranty company because “they usually dont cover it”. I know that they DO because I paid for upgraded coverage. I called my own warranty company and they verified that it would be covered, they just needed to submit the claim. I called today to verify that they submitted the claim and they told me that they closed it based off their own assumptions. THIS IS NOT HOW WARRANTY CLAIMS WORK! They took my money and closed my claim. I am reporting them for fraud today.

Horrible, my Home Warranty assigned them the job, my family has been without heat for over a month. WINTER!!!! During COVID, Still no heat. I have to call them, a call back or return email never happens, I have to stalk the, the latest excuse is the part was sent to NewPort News and they don't go to NEWPORT News, I have to wait for them to transfer the PART to Virginia Beach for them to fix it, because they don't go to New port News. Run Run Run. Guaranteed additional Migraine borderline stroke stress. Work from Home, School from Home and Stay home. NO HEAT! Avoid this company like you would COVID. If your Warranty company assigns them ask for a different company. I hope this will help another family.

While the work was fine (problem fixed), this company's service is among the worst I've ever experienced. This is the second time they had to come by to fix the AC. They have horrible communication - I had to call them several times for the appointment, to find out arrival time and again to make sure they were ordering the part. They did not care at all about trying to fix the problem or get here in a timely matter. When I told them that their service was unacceptable, that I would share my awful experience and they should act quicker to fix the same unit they supposedly fixed three months ago, I was told "nothing we can do, and you can do what you want." Seriously?!

This company is absolutely terrible when it comes to communication. Our technician did not show up or give a courtesy call not once, but twice! Our AC has been out for over two weeks and Ricky and his team have been saying they will make it a priority. They continue to schedule visits and not show. When we call, they send it to voicemail and do not return calls. I can't speak to quality of work since they have not worked on our unit.
