+ -1 moreStay away from these two and do your investigation first. do not give a majority of your money up front with a contractor.
Description of Work: Stay away from Patrick McGrath and Ignacio Martinez with IMP Enterprise LLC. We checked the license, BBB and recieved photos of his work from references. everything looked great. He was nice and kind He collected half up front and then another large installment mid way to get the screened in porch started from a sub-contractor. Contract sighned june 5, 2011 projected finish date Sept 3, 2011. As of today October 19, 2011 he has walked about from the project with all our money. he owes us and the subcontractor and his work isn't even half way completed. he has ignored our messages, we found out his references and photos were bogus. He has a criminal record in New Jersey for fraud and theft. His license is suspended and under someone elses name and address. He has swindled other people and is going from state to state.
