It is upsetting that this company does not stand behind their product. The inspector, Bob Jennings, made a significant oversight which resulted in the need for costly repairs. I reached out to the inspector in an attempt to find a resolution the would benefit both parties, but was immediately met with his attempt to deny any liability of negligence. I would highly recommend avoiding this company and this inspector, Bob Jennings, for any home inspection needs.

Bob did an extremely thorough inspection of the interior and exterior of the home, providing detailed recommendations on areas that need to be improved and damage that we didn't even know we had (bad news, I know, but good to know in advance!). His professionalism was exceptional, he completed the inspection in a timely manner and was very respectful of our space. His use of IT-based tools and easy-to-read formatted report was appreciated.

Mr. Jennings did a great job inspecting our house. He arrived early, was very professional and thorough. While inspecting the crawl space, he noticed an area that should have been fixed by the moisture company. He personally called the company and had them come back out that day to correct the issue. He answered all of my questions and concerns as well as provided us with a detailed report within minutes of his completed inspection. I would highly recommend using Homeview, Inc. and will definitely use them in the future.

Very happy with the thoroughness. Look at and tested everything. He even found a roof leak that wasn't very obvious to find. Overall I appreciated he professionalism. He wasn't trying to find things wrong for the sake of finding things wrong. He focused on issues that in the long run were needed.

One item listed as a discrepancy, was not. Apparently the inspector uses a previous inspection and cuts and pastes. My opinion was that the cost was to much, as all exterior elelments are covered by the condo assoc/condo insurance.

My wife and I are first time home buyers so it was very important that we find a qualified and experienced home inspector. Mr. Jennings was able to quickly fit us into his schedule, arrive on time, and walked us through the entire process. Because this was our first home purchase, Mr. Jennings thoroughly explained the process and kept us updated throughout. After Mr. Jennings completed the inspection, he walked us through every issue and explained them in a way that we could understand. I learned more about house repair and maintenance during the 3 hour inspeciton than I ever imagined. The information I learned from Mr. Jennings will help me maintain my house in the future and detect issues before they become problematic. His written report was thorough and immediately available to us. I highly recommend Mr. Jennings.

This is my second time using Bob in the last few months. He was exceptionally thorough and extremely knowledgable. Most highly recommended!

We were working on getting a short sale inspected. He came out and while the power company had not had the power turned on as promised, he did perform an inspection of everything he could AND helped us to figure out why the power was still not on. The sale did not go through, but he was exceptionally professional and I WILL use him again.

He was extremely professional, punctual, and extremely, extremely thorough. I would recommend him highly, especially for new builds or renovated homes. He was very honest and supported us, the home buyers, in our potential purchase.

Excellent experience. I wish we had known about him prior to buying the house. His inspection was extremely detailed and he took his time with us, the report was available the same day and also included photos of the problem areas we needed to address. We really appreciated his experience in the industry as he was able to tell us "these are the things you really need to address" others were for our information. He was also very good at identifying solutions and expalining the building codes to us We found it a very worthwhile experience and believe that identifying and fixing the problems upfront will help us sell our home in today's competitive market. I hope we find another home inspector as professional and as detailed when we buy our next home several states away.

Bob is great! He went over everything in great detail and made sure we understood everything that he had put in the inspection report. There are pictures of all the issues he found so we know what to look for. He emailed us our user name and password for the inspection repost that day, immediately after the inspection. He was courteous, professional and highly recommended...and it's no wonder to me. He gets two thumbs up from me.

We purchased a foreclosed townhome that had been built just a few years ago and was vacant for the inspection. Bob arrived right on time, and completed an extremely thorough examination of the home. While the unit was in generally good shape, there were a few items that needed repair. I especially appreciated Bob taking the time to explain everything to me. He is very knowledgable and clearly has extensive experience inspecting homes. Bob was recommended to me by my realtor, and I would without hesitation recommend his services to anyone needing a home inspection. This is money well spent to avoid potential costly and unexpected repairs down the road.

I was very pleased with the inspection and quite impressed by Bob's thoroughness and expertise. His extensive knowledge of building code and electrical wiring were particularly useful. He found several issues with the home that I would not have thought to look for. The nature of the issues he identified, as well as the number of minor issues, gave me confidence that he had found every problem there was to find. He was incredibly professional and confident.

Bob was excellent! It took three hours and he went over out home with a fine tooth comb. First, he listened to what issues we were having, then reviewed with us what the inspection would involve, and then off he went. Within 30 minutes of his departure, we were e-mailed his full report with pictures, all types of documentation, etc. He found several minor things and one major item. A potential for water to come into our home from a part of the siding that wasn't sealed. That find ALONE was worth the price of his services I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS, AFTER you purchase your home, while the home warranty is still in effect.

They did not do a very good job inspecting the house. We were not pleased with them at all for their service. A lot of important things were not checked properly and things were overlooked. We would not use them again for any home inspection.
