We got the right house for the right price largely due to Larry's efforts on our behalf. And on a side note, Larry has done a wonderful job of following up with us after the sale as well. Description of Work: Larry served as our buying agent for our relocation to Virginia Beach. He spent ample time getting to know my family and me as well as our wants, needs and price point. He helped us locate the right house quickly and easily and then worked his tail off to make sure that we were able to get it for a great price. I've bought and sold several houses in the past, but have NEVER had an agent that went above and beyond to the level that Larry did. He was amazing, professional and absolutely gracious. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I will pass his name on to everyone I know every chance I get. He only works with one buyer at a time so that he can provide a quality level of service. if you're lucky enough to get him you should absolutely hire him to work for you.
