Not good. Took to long. Not done to our satisfaction. Owner did not come for final inspection. Just called to say using our card to pay in full. Would not recommend for outdoor work.

Excellent. I couldn't have asked for a better experience dealing with Wayne and his team of craftsmen.

The experience was pretty good, very good. To Angie?s List, I think I paid $248, but then I had to give him more money because he stayed more hours. I think it was $148 that I gave to Angie?s List. The additional cost was $300. $448 for the final cost. He was really good, he did perfect. That was a little expensive. His price, that was pretty expensive. It?s not bad. It was a little high, but then everything else is high.

They came over and did all the painting and up the stair well into the room over the garage. They also installed lighting in two bathrooms and faucets. Mike is very knowledge and very savvy they know what they are or not doing. He gave me good advice about moving closer to my son. We were so thankful to have someone in construction and does this all the time to give us advice. He said there is some things you don't have to do. He gave really good advice, we really do like Mike. He had good people working for him, before they are completely done Mike comes out and checks everything. He also comes and checks in between to see how things are going.

Not worth money. Expected a level of thoroughness not there. Have paid less and been satisfied.

They said they would get back to me when they could get out to do it. After several days of waiting, they then said they couldn't do it for another 1 1/2 months. It was a small job that I just think they couldn't be bothered with.

Arrived on time and completed work in timely fashion. Initially 2 man crew arrived to assess project requirements that were determined to be appropriate for single handyman. Repairs were well done and areas cleaned after completion

Left feeling way overcharged! Let me 1st say that the guys that did the work were great. Showed up on time with good attitudes and worked hard until the job was done. The overall quality of the job looks good from what I can see.( The work was up high so I can only see from a distance and the job was done today so I cannot comment on weather it will hold up, leak free, etc.). I would give these guys an A rating if I wasn't left feeling like I was overcharged. The original estimate was based on what would be a 2 1/2 day job. The price of approx. $1850 seemed very reasonable based on that info. However the job took two men 6 hrs. to complete on the 1st day. When I called the office to ask if they would consider reducing the labor charge, I was told They would have to call the owner and get right back to me. I was called back within 10 minutes or so and was told that "the estimate was based on one guy doing the job but they sent two" and basically pay the whole amount. I had asked for a breakdown of the estimate as far as labor/ materials etc. early on in the process but was told the software they use doesn't do that. Based on other Angie's list reviews I hired them anyway. Without that info., I can only estimate, but I still feel like I paid $1100-1200 for labor for a 1 day job. (around $180-200/hr for each guy?????) I realize there are bus. expenses but wow! Too bad because other than that I was liking these guys and would have probably hired again. *****I would like to add the the ladies that work in the office are awesome. They were great about getting back with me in a timely manner and were very nice and patient throughout the process.

They put new fencing all around my new home they did amazing job and the fence definitely called them again

My husband and I could not have been happier with Home Solutions. They completed a list of installation and repairs in less than 3 days. They installed tile backsplash in the kitchen, fully repaired over 4 rather large drywall settlement cracks, installed new deadbolts, repaired gutters, and replaced wood rotted door frames with PVC frames. All work was completed to perfection with minimal inconvenience to me and my family (little to no mess to clean up afterwards). The men were courteous and friendly and Dana, in the office, was available to provide information and answer questions via phone or email throughout the entire process. We couldn't be happier and would definitely use Home Solutions again for other installations or repairs.

The estimator showed up right on time, I had my cost for the repairs the next day. I contracted with them to make the repairs. The gentlemen showed up on time the day scheduled for the repairs and made them quickly and professionally. I am totally satisfied with the performance of the repairs.

Great work, we purchased our cabinets from Lowes. The owner went to the store to help us order the cabinets. Which was very helpful. We did not have them do the demo of old cabinets and soffits, to save money. Will be using them again for sure! Took a couple weeks. The estimate was $3950, this was labor only and minor supplies.

It went very well. Chris arrived a little late due to traffic on I64. He removed the cabinets in our master bathroom. After the removal of the existing medicine cabinets he installed the two we purchased online. It took a little over an hour and a half. He did a nice job and the cabinets looked good after the install. I have used this company in the past. They always do a nice job.

This project was more than an "in kind" replacement of the existing entry way door. Added utility lines required some unique adjustments to allow a tight fit for the new door. Tight fit required to limit problem of entry of rodents into the crawl space. Result successfully meets that condition and also has an excellent, finished appearance. Work scheduled very timely, completed as promised and with customer friendly prior notification of tenant. An example of the excellent work I have consistently experienced from Mr. Esposito and his staff.

Excellent job. Completed in 3 hours, to include painting the banister.

Mike and his staff came through for us again. I love working with Home Solutions Inc. It's feels good to be comfortable with a contractor. They are truly professionals. This is the second time I've used their services and will again in the future. Mike quoted me on 3/2 and the job was completed on 3/10.

The contractor was very professional. Workers arrived on time, always calling ahead. They completed all the work quickly and well. The cabinets were removed and replaced without damaging the solid quartz countertops. A new electrical line was run to accommodate the over-the-stove microwave. Home Solutions has done other work for me and I'm certain I'll be talking with them in the future.

It was very easy to make an appointment. Mike arrived to take the notes on what I needed done in my home. Cindy and Mary were very accommodating when it came to scheduling all the work to be done..I received a call in the morning to let me know the names of the workers who were on their way. The men arrived on schedule .They covered all floors and furniture and were very neat in their work and clean-up. As a female, I was extremely comfortable with them in my home. They were polite, courteous and I must say so patient with my four dogs barking at them. They did a beautiful job.It is so hard to find companies that are honest and reliable and who go above and beyond! Would I use them again? Absolutely. As a matter of fact I have them on the schedule for future work to be done.

Worker arrived on time and after seeing the project began work. He came prepared with everything he needed and quickly completed the job. Showed my wife how to use the new faucet. Very happy with the new faucet, and the completed job. No problems which is why we use Home Solutions when we want the work done correctly. I should also mention that every workman provided by Home Solutions to work on our projects has cleaned up afterwards and disposed of all debri including old parts and equipment.

I could not ask for better service. They came out when they said they would . Everyone was very professional and the job looks perfect. I will refer them to my friends and neighbors and will hire them again. Mike Esposito gave me a price on remodeling my bath and I am going to get that done this spring.

One month ago this contractor was supposed to finish drywall in my home and didn't complete it. They only completed about 75-80% of the job. He said that the second wall repair wasn't specified in the contract. We had holes in 2 different walls and they repaired the 1st wall, but they said the 2nd wall wasn't outlined in contract. I asked to speak with owner on/around January 12, but the office has not returned any phone calls. The contract stated it was $285 for 2 areas of drywall repair. We, also, had an island built and installed but the edge-formica-laminate is peeling off.

They were great. They were polite, they came and gave me an estimate and they were pretty close to it, and they had do a little extra. They let me know before they did the work. Everything was great. I enjoyed them so much and I'm considering them for another job. They responded quickly and they were on time.

When vendor ask if everything that needed to be done was on the estimate, I reminded them they were to correct mistakes made by a previous contractor. Called the vendor to make sure they would bring samples of chair rail, agreed. When the worker showed up with chair rail, it was chair rail of his choice. I liked it but when the chair rail was installed it was not satisfactory. When installed the chair rail was installed above the beadboard with raw edges showing. Chair rail was not the proper kind for the bead board. A couple of other choices were then offered which I did not care for. Choices should have been offered in the beginning. Chair railing was removed and a piece of lattice was placed behind the chair railing to cover the raw edges. Then caulk had to be applied to cover the space and now all the caulking is coming out. Did not realize this was going to happen. Vendor should have known this would happen. Had to return and put baseboard behind the vanity. Had to repaint all baseboard and still didn't do that properly. Mike the owner came out twice and looked at both bathrooms to see if there was anything he could do differently to give a lower estimate. When time to paint walls the worker had to call Mike to let him know he could not paint because some places on the wall had started to peel. Mike had checked both bathrooms twice already. Mike's response was that we would have to pay them to scrape the walls or do it myself. I scraped the walls in both bathrooms taking me almost four days which I do not think I should have had to do. That left the walls in a mess but the worker stated that he could repair the walls not to worry about it. Both bathroom walls turned out less than acceptable. The front bathroom turned out fair and the master bathroom turned out awful. Crown moulding in the front bathroom was not painted during this process. Another worker was sent out and painted it. The master bathroom crown moulding was never painted. The wall around the light switch in the front bathroom had to be sanded and painted three times and it still looks like a ten year old did it. It is terrible. The commode in the front bathroom and threshold had to be revisited. The commode was rocking and had to be shimmed and caulked and the threshold was never glued when installed and that had to be revisited. The worker that did the Master Bathroom sanded and made a mess throughout the house. The mirror that was on the wall was slipped underneath the bed on hard wood floors face down scratched badly. Mentioned this to Mike twice and he ignored it.Put tile down, the grout has cracked and come loose. Had to come back and redo that. Worker suggested I get another door for the master bathroom, which would be about $15.00. Company picked up new door, no mention of additional price to install. When time came to straighten up with company we were told an additional price of over $300 would be charged for the door install. I was told that was the charge or they would take the door. They took the door. That in my opinion was not very customer service oriented. Threshold in Master bathroom when installed you could see the underlayment to the floor. Shown samples to cover it but it would not work. Mike came out and could not figure out what had been done. When looking at it he stated he noticed two glaring mistakes, this being one and the way the mirror was hung was the other. Someone came and corrected the mirror and the threshold; however, you can still see the same problem with the threshold but not as much as before. Mike stated that was all he was willing to correct. Didn't remove nails or curtain hinges before painting the window in the master bathroom. Only one coat of paint and for that matter the paint job in both bathrooms look as if some amateur did them. No attention to detail. Caulk is coming out around tub, etc. Pictures will tell the whole story. I attempted several times to get them to come out and correct the substandard work. They sent me a letter stating that I was threatening their employees and I was not. I will fax the letter to you tomorrow.

Excellent performance. Estimate was within $20 of the lowest bidder and with the A rating from Angie's List and A+ from BBB, it was a no brainer. Work to be performed each day was outlined. Approximate arrival time was communicated by office personnel daily and crew arrived on time or within five minutes each day. Jason was the on-site rep each day with Zach assisting on day one and Adam assisting with pass-thru installation of second day. Two warranty items noted post performance. The first was corrected the next day; the second took a little longer to correct. While some reviewers noted the "late" arrival of the crews, I found the crew spent each morning acquiring the materials for the day's tasks before arriving and worked steadily throughout the day once on site. No "disappearances" to retrieve materials or for extended lunch breaks. A very good, conscientious work force. Certainly will be my first choice for future carpentry repairs!

Mike came out for the estimate and is a very nice trustworthy guy. The estimate was reasonable and we decided to go with Home Solutions. Candy in the office was very helpful and professional. The guys doing the work were very nice and professional. I have zero complaints. I used a handyman service once before and it didn't go well so I was pretty nervous but Mike and his team did a great job. I am extremely happy. I would absolutely use Home Solutions again in the future without hesitation.
